We booked flat at RUNWAL GARDEN in building no. 7 at the time of booking our RM told us we will get possession in may end now we came to know we are getting passession after Dec 22.
We take admission for my child in Dombivali we are staying in Ambernath whose fault is this.
Now than child will suffer bacause of your false commitment.
What is the solution.

    RELATED TO FLAT BOOKING AT RUNWAL GARDENS DOMBIVALI ON 28.11.2020, TOWER25-3003

    1st case - Referral Benefit of 0.7 % of Agreement value committed at the time of Flat Booking

    At the time of booking Flat at Runwal Gardens Dombivali on dated 28.11.2020, sales person from Homesfy channel partner has given a promise in front of Runwal Gardens Sales manager and in written given mail that I will get 0.7 % of my agreement value after registration and 10% payment. After registration till 19 th Feb 2021 he confirmed that registration is still not updated in the MIS system whereas registration was already done on 05 Feb 2021. After that there was no response from Sales persons of Channel partner of Runwal Gardens and sales person of runwal Garden, and after ignoring so many calls and messages now they refuses to give the said benefit.
    Related to that matter, follow ups were taken with Runwal Gardens RM, Sales Manager and channel partner but it feels that after sales both parties are not interested in resolving customer Query.

    While flat booking only false commitments are given.

    2nd case - welcome gift

    Still I haven't found any correct answer on the welcome gift which was committed to be received while Flat Agreement registration. but it's more than 1.5 years gone and still waiting for the same, for which so many times discussed with RM. but i think now they also don't have an answer and just to say pending from management.

    REQUEST TO PLEASE ARRANGE FOR REFUND OF REFERAL BENIFIT & ARRANGE WELCOME GIFT.

      Cancellation of flat booking

      Respected Sir,

      This is Ramesh Kothari. I had received an SMS regarding the Runwal gardens new projects that the flat cost start with 32 lakh which was in my budget. I have attached the SMS for your reference.       I have booked a flat at Runwal Garden dombivali. I have paid nearly 25% of agreement value as per schedule. However my sale agreement is not yet registered.
      No reason is given by company.
      None of the CRM is attending my calls.

        I booked a flat in Runwal gardens Dombivili T1 -1703 and was mis informed about the Possesion date on 3 different occasions:
        During Sales pitch was told possession will be by Aug 2022. I asked for something in writing he mentioned it will come via email and requested me to wait.
        The welcome email came after 5 days and said RERA date Dec 2023 i was irritated with this wrong details and approached the site head who reassured me that i wil get possesion by Dec 2022 latest and Dec 2023 is just a 1 yr grace period RERA provides.
        Next i get a email of draft agreement that said June 2024 and also said a grace period of additional 1 year will be applcable which will make it june 2025. I dont understand now which of the information is true.
        The managers at sales team Swapnil Kale was least bothered to resolve my query and despite msging calling even visiting the runwal office they are not bothered to give correct information or address a customers query on priority. I have not yet registered the agreement and all i want is either a written confirmation that i will get possesion definitely by dec 2022 as initially promised or my money back of rs 990998 that i paid which is 10 percent of agreement value plus GST plus TDS not a penny less. I dont understand why people cant give clear and accurate information and such poor customer service i did not expect from Runwal

          I have Booked flat in Runwal Gardens, T-30 1309, While booking it was told that we will be given the Gifts. The same will be delivered to our address within 15 days from Registration Date. Now it has been 1 Year & Still we are getting answers from our RM's that it will be provided in some days. Even when we call them then they were like, Sorry sir it took THODA TIME, we are on it & we will provide. We have putted requisition for procurement n all. At the same time there is demand for Payment these fellows keep on calling you, will mail for pending payments. This is totally ridiculous way of working & not keeping to the promises they are doing while booking.
          Not at all happy with the way they are handling the customers & making false promises.

          Same here, have you received any positive revert. i am still following for the same but they are not denying but not giving any gift or vouchers.

            Myself owner of Flat No.T13-1302 Runwal Gardens would like to inform you that your payment team makes lots of mistakes for which we as a customer gets suffered.

            This is the 2nd incident that I have received demand letter Serial No:RV21/60/50028180 on 4th march 2022 though the letter is dated 25 Feb 2022 and due date is 12 March 2022 for payment.

            Bank require 10 working days for payment. Mistake is from your team. So interest should not apply on the payment.

            1st incident is related to demand letter Serial No:RV20/60/50003458 dated 13.10.2020 which I haven't received and you people have agreed that's its mistake from your side. Even you don't have evidence for the same that you people have communicated the same to me. I got the demand letter in Jan 2021 that also after doing enquiry against the EMI deduction from bank.

              I booked flat in Runwal Group Thane balkum. I paid full amount but till date they have not showed me flat or building. It's been one full one month paid maintenance 4 two years and many additional Charges which was never mentioned in agreement. I invested my saving to buy flat. Don't know how to proceed further.

              Guys you are still not responding after paying full payment copy of statement of accounts showing full payments Eirene T9 is with me. Your guys CRM denial for showing me my Flat don't want 2 put their names which is unprofessional.
              you guys should understand I am not asking refund my case is different from other Posted complaints.
              I am still patiencely posting complaints .

                Refund of Rs.5,26,535/- against cancellation of Booking in Runwal Forest Bhandup

                Address: Runwal & Omkar Square, Eastern Express Highway,

                We had been booked the flat T2-0G01 in building Citrus in Runwal Forest in year January 2019 on the basis of future increment. We paid token amount of Rs.5, 26, 535/- on the basis of refund if increment was not done. At the time of Booking sales representative assured us to refund of Booking Amount if primary condition not fulfilled.
                As per our income we are not eligible for loan also and thus we were not go ahead and asked them to...

                  I have booked a flat in your runwal my city project dombivali (Horizon project) in A4 403, and for that i have paid you 54 Thousand Token amount.
                  I loss my Job. I have requested your legal person mr. Karan to repay back on humanity ground, but they told us as it is mentioned in booking form that money will not be refunded.
                  Sir i am a middle class person, and i have given whatever i had in your project.
                  So i am very stressed and filling depressed as my money is not refunded by you.
                  So i request you to please give my money back, and as a big builder fame, you will consider customers satisfaction and their problems.

                    Please note that myself shreekant wagh visited runwal forest on 14th dec 2021. sales manager - yash jain and sales head- Nitin bhandari iinsisted us to swipe token amount of 50000 rs
                    I paid 50000 rs by using.I paid using phone pay app from my bank as I was not having ATM at that time with me
                    But due to some personal reasons i was not able to proceed further. I wrote a mail for cancellation followed by telecom with mr yash jain /nitin bhandari and nitya menon sir but nobody reply even single mail from last 7 day and they are saying nitin bhandari (sales head) is on leave

                    I am calling yash jain and other they are saying we dont know procedure and how to do cancellation and nothing else

                    I have attached booking form and copy of payment for reference.

                    Till now no refund no reply from anyone.
                    Kindly process my refund.

                      I've booked my flat in runwal eirene project. Flat no 1903, T13. I've given almost 90% of the amount. Just 11 lakh is pending. Due to COVID crises I lost my job. Not able to pay pending 10% amount. So I requested sujata Rao ma'am to give us some flexibility. I've borrowed 5-7% amount from family . remaining I'll give them in installments or i can give them my parking for sell..so that amount could be adjusted but nobody is ready to listen from runwal group. We're from poor family but they are not ready to give us any solution. Please help us out ..or will push toward suicide only

                        Dear Sir, I booked flat at Runwal Forest building no 11 in month of Jully 2020 with promise from sales team that Futher approval from RERA will received in next 2 months.

                        I wait for further instructions from Runwal team. in between stamp duty reduced to 2 percentage from 5 percentage. I approached Runwal team and request for registration but unfortunately approval was not in placed. I have informed by RUNWAL team if I pay additional amount then I may get discount of stamp duty upto 3, % at the time of registration. So i paid additional 7.5 lacs and wait for futher approval.
                        Runwal doesn't received any approval almost 19 months of booking. But at the same time Runwal committing me for waiver.
                        In month of Dec 21 Runwal received approval. As soon as Runwal received approval to provide any waiver and forcing me to pay additional interest.
                        My query is If Runwal Don't want to give any waiver they why they keep committing waiver and why they use my additional money more than year.

                        It's really loosing TRUST of your customer.

                        Is it really such chip mentality RUNWAL working?

                        Can I expect any justice from Runwal.

                          We have a booked a flat in Runwal bliss on 26th December ie on sunday . On tuesday we are getting a call from her (will share name of her) that unit is already sold and remittance was reflected in bank late because of nri payment. According to sales head, he is saying unit is sold in october only but it was not reflecting in our system .And now they are giving on another floor. Blunders like this didn't expected by runwal group. By 2 months if your system is not updated i dont know how you are selling other units.. i want my money back. Poor service by Runwal group, employees have zero knowledge about the available units.

                              Hi Runwal team,

                              I Ajit Singh flat booked on Runwal Gardens on 13 Mar 2020 at that time my flat agreement value is Rs.44, 90, 640 & same GST was charged 1% as per mentioned my cost sheet, but now Runwal CRM team forcing me to paid GST on agreement value on 5%. When I have to knowing why you have to charge wrongly GST so that they not cooperating me and forcing to pay for the same next to next demand as per charged GST 5%?

                              I essclated to same over email but Runwal teams not supportive responce.

                              So please support & suggest what can do.

                                I have booked a 3bhk flat in T35 in Runwal Gardens, Dombivali East. Now due to the difference in RERA property layout and in sales documents, the flat no more fulfilling my requirements. Also sales team provided many false information. So, based on that I have requested cancellation and sent several mails to sales team. But still no response from them and still no words on refund. The sales team now don’t pick calls and do not respond to mails.

                                  Hi, this is dipesh Shah I booked flat at runwal garden, my sales Rm was gulita and TL is Krishna for sales they gave many wrong commitment to me and sent wrong information and I not complaint but finally I go for collect my voucher which committed on booking time u have proof as photo they said 21k worth voucher and now giving 11k voucher what kind of sales all fake commitment for sales need solution and action on employee who are doing this

                                  Totally agree. They promised me IPHONE as a lucky draw item which they suppose to give me on the date of registration ie Nov 2020. However till date they have not issued the gift item. Totally false commitments Runwal is doing. Not expected such poor services from reputed builder like Runwal.
