    Since 2020 Sep, I have doing follow ups with Runwal Gardan Customer Care & RM team. However Its really appreciable that Runwal has selected right person at right positions who are well trained in cheating and well experienced in fooling the customer. RM are so shameless that they will never reply on email as well as they never reply your calls. Till the time of booking, you will get royal treatment by sales (cheater) team. After that you will be the nothing for them except money recovery machine.

    RM Priyanka Raorane and her line manager Savita Shetty both are from the same category.

    RM is so arrogant that she can do better job as a Bouncer.

    Since Sep 2020, I have forwarded list of queries. However till date I haven't received any satisfied answer.

    For registration these people has given contract to third party who are doing their jobs with lots of mistakes. Even email id / contact number and name also they cant type properly in agreement copy.

    Pathetic RM service they have.

    Its relevant to T13 / 1302. Today also I have tried to connect RM Priyanka Raorane as well as her manager Savita Shetty. Both are not responding to any call.

      Booked the that in runwal my city and paid 2.80 lac towards down payment.. Waited for registration of flat for 1.5 yrs but nvr happened in pandamic lost my job hence asked them for refund but without any legal contract or any agreement they are forfeiting my whole amount

        I have booked in Runwal Gardens T23-1604 and I have not received my payment receipts since a year and half. Horribly handled account by Inzamam Patel, Rishi, Ingita and Sofiya. I need someone to call me and I want to cancel my investment and get my money back.

          I have booked flat in Runwal Gardens(Dombivli) ph-4 on 13.06.2021. Till now I have not received any single document nor any relationship manager call about the booking. If I am paying for the booking then receipt should be sent to me on same day. I have tried to contact the sale person but she also don't have any idea when can I receive the documents. The process is very slow and I don't know why management is ignoring this.

          Sales person(Anuradha Arora) assured about the lucky draw till the time of payment, after payment immediately she told that there is no lucky draw currently going on so we can not provide you that. This type of harassments are not acceptable at all. You are promoting one thing and providing something to customer, no transparency at all.

          Hope you will clear this issues.

            Hello myself Mukesh H RATHOD, i have booked a flat in your prestigious project T-18, 2301.
            A 1BHK and I have paid almost 3, 00, 000 to the project but due to some reason I didn't get home loan after trying in many banks and financial institutions.
            So I contacted firdos madam who was salesperson of mine and asked for refund of amount and she said to send mail for cancellation [protected]@runwal.com after which I can get my money...

            Dear Team,

            It is regarding my payment O/S of 40000 which I have already paid and same I have received the payment receipt. I have sent all my payment receipt to Mrs Megha Pushilkar inspite of that why I am getting mail to clear my O/S amount. I am really upset with the service now.

              I had booked a 3 bhk flat in Runwal Garden in 5th APR 2020 in Tower 1 - 1103 by paying 25000 as booking amount. Later we have decided to cancel this unit and i sent mail on 24th APR 2020. Since then, I am following up with them for refund amount. I have contacted them several times and also visited office but no response.

              I have paid the first initial contribution of 10%, given sanction letter and all necessary documents
              Till date I have not received any updates from relationship manager, even I don't have contact since my previous 2 manager have already left runwal.

                FLAT Booking status

                We booked a flat in runwal gardens in jan 2021 against a cancelled booking. We paid the booking amount and the 5% within a week to avail the stamp duty discount. Since after that nobody was bothered to even call us and give us update about flat allocation. After lot of struggle talking to various sales representatives the flat was alloted to us in the month of April. The RM kept changing for us and nobody is on same page. Now everyday I get...

                Internet Issue

                Hi Team,

                I am residing in Runwal Mycity Dombivali. We have been facing issues with the Internet for quite a long time now and now things are out of proportion as we are working from home and the internet is down plus we don't have a good mobile signal as well.

                The local provider here is very lazy and slow and they don't know the way to handle things...

                Cancel the flat booking and refund my amount
                I will not be able to buy a flat as my wife lost her job and not possible to in the Covid-1 situation. Refund in humanitarian terms.

                And since all the responsibilities of the family are on me, if I take a loan, I will not be able to repay it, and the current situation is very dire. Illness like Kovid has made it impossible to get out)

                    Myself Rupali Kiran Thakkar, I paid a booking amount for Runwal Garden Dombivli East of Rs.11000/- on 14th June 2020 (flat number was T-10 1206 cluster garden), due financial issue we decided to cancel the booking since then I am struggling to get my money back.
                    I have been dropping emails & calling your Runwal Garden office since all 9 months with no luck. (Email sent to [protected]@runwal.com, amit.[protected]@runwal.com, had word with Viren, Rohini & Soniya)
                    Currently my family is going through a medical emergency & COVID, I badly need my money back & cannot wait anymore.

                    Isn't it a shame to see big builders like you make people wait 9 months for such a small amount?
                    I am done with the follow-ups & truly expect you to behave responsibly. Please stop making false promises & return my money ASAP! Attached are the evidence.

                      This is to inform you your office representative Mr. Jayesh Makwana not attend properly. Every time his mobile number busy and landline number he never give response. Today I phone he told me I call back in 10 minutes but till never phone. His phone switch off. He send mail regarding flat but never talk on phone neglect. I have book flat runwal avenue in kanjur.

                      Please look into matter. Please instruct him attend properly

                        I have booked a flat at the mentioned project. I have been followed up continuously for providing Name and Address details for registration process. Though the details have been provided twice, I have being sent the same email mentioning that I have not provided the details and hence the registration process will be delayed. Is this some steategy to delay the registration process or some major gaps in your internal process.

                        Also to higlight while I had booked 2BHK ultima with reserved car parking, the relationship manager send me an email with the details of 1bhk with the same value of 2 BHK and asks me to confirm on the same. Why such gaps?

                            I have tried to contact the right representatives from Runwal but to no avail.

                            Summary:
                            I have bought a 2bhk flat in Runwal forest - T4, Oak building, 3401 in the year 2019 March. The agreed price which the sales team committed, signed and shared was 1.69Cr all Inclusive. The agreement value is 1.5Cr. In the cost sheet 5% GST was billed to me and the deal was signed off.
                            I have done the agreement basis this price, taken loan basis this price and have been paying to Runwal as per the completion schedule. Never ever defaulted in my payments and have been paying in time as required.

                            Now at the time of possession when I was about to pay the remaining 10% of the balance payment, Runwal finance team came up with an ask of additional 12lacs over and above the agreed value. So now the total flat price comes to 1.84Cr, instead of agreed and signed value of 1.69Cr.
                            The Runwal finance team is saying there was a mistake from Runwal side and I need to be paying additional 12 lacs. Inspite of having the signed cost sheet and the documents they are asking for additional amount. This is very unfair and is an huge amount. Moreover, none from the finance team is discussing anything with me to close this issue.

                            The sales team has washed their hands off this issue and has left me in the lurch. Not even a single person from Runwal is forthcoming and explaining us the rationale for this. They are giving us an ultimatum that we do not have a choice but to pay this amount.

                            Inspite of having all the agreed and signed documents they are threatening to pay additional 12lacs.

                              Hi,

                              I have booked a flat in Runwal Gardens Dombivali, Phase 2, Building 14, Flat No.1603 and have paid a booking amount of INR 81, 522.
                              Due to pandemic and current situation, i have requested them to cancel the booking and help me with refund.

                              I didn't get any positive response from their side and they kept saying that this cannot be refunded.
                              I have even asked them to deduct their processing fees and refund the rest of amount but they didn't do anything about it.

                                This is Ankesh Panchal, booked flat at at runwal gardens tower 14 flat 2308 on 08/11/2020 by paying 1% booking amount of Rs 38420 plus GST. While booking we clearly informed sales person Aniket and their inhouse banks that we will combine mine as well as my father's income for loan and my father's retirement is near in 2022, and if loan not possible we will cancel our booking and take refund of booking amount and Axis bank executive Sandeep assured us in front of runwal garden's sales person that your loan will be sanctioned within 15 days but they rejected the application several times saying my salary is transferred through IMPS and my father's retirement is in 2022. Axis bank also took blank cheque from us saying it will be used for processing fees and it will not be deposited without informing us but axis bank deposited the cheque for Rs. 5900/- without our consent and when ask they said we forgot to inform you. After several rejection we informed about the situation to runwal's loan department team Mr. Atul Malusare and Mr. Harvinder, they submitted our loan application to various bank but even they rejected stating same reason as axis bank. So after all this frustration, we visited the site for booking cancellation and told to refund our booking amount but we were told that runwal have no refund policy which we were never informed earlier by sales person by Aniket while booking ever after explaining all the details.
                                CRM person Dashraj & Usha asked for 4 days, but today it's 13th days, they are not receiving calls, even HO person are not doing anything to resolve our query.
