[Resolved] Rural Development and Panchayat Raj — Issuing form 9 and form 11 for Grama Panchayat Properties
I like to appreciate RDPR department for computerising non-agricultural immovable properties (sites, buildings..etc) in Grama Panchayats limits. PDO's in Grama Panchayats already issuing form 9, 11A & 11B as per your recent RDPR department orders.
Most of the property owners in Grama Panchayats are already having handwritten forms 9 & 11. It means their names already appearing in 9 and 11 register books in respect of their properties.
Our request is.. please computerise already existing properties in 9 and 11 register books to E-Swathu software (9, 11A & 11B depending on nature of properties). Only new properties or new mutations for existing properties to be under taken as per request form property owners.
Again applying for computerised forms (9, 11A & 11B) for already existing properties cause hardship to poor families in the village. Please look into the issue and do needful to the poor families. Grama Panchayat officials collecting bribe of Rs. 3000/- for issuing E-forms 9, 11A & 11B instead of government fixed Rs. 50/-.
Please computerise all existing properties in 9 and 11 register books as how BHOOMI software works for Agriculture properties. Thank you
