Yes even i bought a Samsung fridge on olx from the same supplier for 5000 rupees

the numbers given to me were [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], one of them goes by the name syed and the other sharif.
i bought the fridge on 2nd of July and after 4 days itself i complained. but they have been ignoring my calls ever since. the numbers come switched off. i was given compressor warranty of 6 months. i bought in another mechanic and he told me the compressor is completely out of order. and the gas has to be refilled. and it will cost me 5500! and currently the fridge was only worth 700 rupees!
i feel completely cheated!
they currently have 46 ads of refrigerators and washing machines live on olx. they go by the name syed and email address is [protected]@gmail.com. their mobile number comes verified by olx.
i hope olx resolves the issue asap. and i should be given my money back!

I had the same issue with them. They gave me kne year compressor warranty and the fridge didn't work even for a day. It's totally useless now.
I have just bought a freeze from sk electronics they delivered it in night around 11:40 pm on 16 July 2017. During delivery they didn't switch on the fridge saying that during transport gas could mix up just give us 5000 and on fridge after 1 hr. now

When I asked him to start it delivery boy refused to do that saying that during transport liquid and gas got disturbed so after 1 hr we need to start it. He took 5000 gave the bill somewhere in Shivajinagar area shop and left. When I tried to open it, it's not cooling and nothing is working. Now I am trying to call him on his nu he is not picking phone, on calling multiple times he picked up my nu and told me tht he will send a service guy when I asked him to do it else I will take legal action, he started arguing me and keep saying me now you take action I will see how u will take action. In his bill it is clearly mentioned abt compressor guarantee for one year and service grntee for 6months. I want to take legal action against him can anyone help me here?
