Good Morning Sir, my niece Ms. Bajaj parked her vehicle outside the Omax Mall went inside to use washroom and I was waiting outside in the service lane in front of the Omax Mall. I am not aware when the picks taken by Policemen, I am retired Army officer. Hence it is requested that kindly exempt the challan, next time she will take care. Jaihind Sir

Section 468 in The Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973
468. Bar to taking cognizance after lapse of the period of limitation.
(1) Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Code, no Court shall take cognizance of an offence of the category specified in sub- section. my VCR not in court. sir please remove, cancel my challan this is my chalan no- UP[protected] and UP[protected]

Dear Sir, this is requested to think over my challan done on 27.05.2021, 08:31 pm on Yamuma Express way, vehicle no. HR26DT1994. I was coming from Punjab to Agra to treat my father, who diagnosed with oral cancer, recent report I was carrying. I was living with my father and sister in punjab, when this problem came out I have to come to my family for their support and best treatment to my father. I communicate this to police officials on duty, he understood and asked me to go. Then I received message of 2000/- challan. I couldn't understand in this medical emergency situation how can do challan for night curfew only I was following all the precautions of covid 19, traveling with mask and carry sanitizer. I am an officer at PSU/Oil Sector, doing essential duty also, understand all the safety measurer but this type of act by traffic police, really painful in such situation. I was carrying all the proof from hospitals . If you understand this please waive off this amount.

It is most respectfully submits here that I am the registered owner of vehicle number DL 1CR 8565, that is a Ford Eco Sport car white color make 2016.
Recently while checking my traffic challan status on Delhi police sight i came to know that a challan from UP traffic police Noida is shown in my account that is challan number UP[protected] at Yamuna Express Way on dated 22/01/2020 time 11:02:29 hours for contravention of speed limit MV Act 1988 112 R/W 183(1) and a photograph is also attached which shows a Maruti car white in color with blurr number plate.
As well as my vehicle is concerned it is not the Maruti car though it is a Ford Eco Sport Car and on that day my car was parked in my society at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.
I also attach the copy of RC of my car which clearly mention the description of the car, such as body make, color and brand name.
It is requested you to may kindly cancel the above mentioned challan and erase from the website of your department as well as Delhi police website also.
My registered phone number with RTO is [protected] and it is mentioned that i never received any Alert/SMS in regard of above mentioned challan.

I am attaching a copy of the challan received on 8.06.22 with image of the hyundai car (Challan No. UP[protected].

I'd like to inform you that my car number is *DL9CAM1559*, it is Wagon R of Maruti Suzuki and the car number of which the challan should have been made is *DL9CAM1595* of hyundai brand.

There has been some misunderstanding and we'd like to request to please rectify the problem and make the challan made on the car number *DL9CAM1559* null and void.

I have attached a copy of challan and the car picture for your reference.

My car no UP85BT5291 ka[protected] ka on date[protected] rs 2000 chalan over speed ka aaya so wrong hai because this car has speed governor of 80 speed this car does not run more than 80 speed but chalan is of 100 speed .Challan no. UP[protected] kindly remove it

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have received a wrong E Challan UP[protected] for my Vehicle number UP16CC7522. As per the E Challan received and attached for your reference shows that I have been charged INR 1000 for not wearing Helmet on 31st July 2022 at 18:45:03.

I would like to bring to your notice that the image captured and shown on the E Challan is of a Scotty which is not my vehicle. Please note that due to my change in job, I have already left Noida on 1st November 2021 and shifted to Bengaluru. I have been located in Bengaluru since last November 2021 and using my bike in Bengaluru.

Kindly request you to check and clear this wrong E Challan charged on me.
Find attached copy of the E Challan and picture of my 150 CC Suzuki bike for your check.

Kindly clear this wrong E-challan charge on my vehicle number.

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

On 20th September, 2020 I received a challan for improper parking (challan no: UP[protected] of improper parking for the vehicle no DL2CAN4706.
The place of offence mentioned on the challan is 178, Railway, Station Road Bhur
Bharat Nagar, Block A, Industrial Area, Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201009, whereas my vehicle was parked near Discovery tower's main gate, sector 62, Noida which is clearly visible in the picture provided below.
I work at Discovery tower hence my car remains parked from 9:30 AM to 7 PM there only.
Attaching images for the same for your reference.
Also the car was properly parked and within the defined parking area(yellow line) which is clearly visible in the pic attached below.
I request the concerned authority to cancel my challan as it has been mistakenly generated by them.
Seeking acknowledgement for the same.

Why you are fine for me ? But I’m Sikh man no allow wear helmet so you know well please do understand about my Sikh person but I’m deaf person can’t speak & hear. Please remove my challan fine. If you don’t understand then I will come to your traffic police office.
