On may 7th 2017 paid amc for my kent grand plus, after technician provided what will be covered under amc, like every 3 months filter cleaning and two times all filter changes within 2 years. First filters changed on 7th itself when i paid amc, after running for 5 months it stopped filtering water, so i rang the technician number as the number provided on amc slip not working, he told will be turning up in 2 days and confirmed my amc details, so i rang after 2 days as he not turned out, but in vein he neither takes calls or switch of his mobile.
I have raised complaint in kent customer care, let me see what they can do here. Was this information helpful? |
