S. S. Aqua Services — zero b - amc non - performance

On 2nd october 2017, i made a call to this company and their person mr. Ravi, came and offered the amc for my zero b ro system.

He changed half the filters and said he would come back and complete the rest of the work the next morning as he didnt have the balance filters with him. I paid an amount of rs.7, 800/- towards a two year amc with their company.

He didn't come back after that and all my numerous calls to his and his company's number have gone unanswered.

I feel cheated by this company. I request the forum to please take suitable action against this person and his company.

I am also lodging a police complaint against this person and his company.
