S. S. Aqua Services — not responding

As part Kent water servicing I called only Kent service center only, these guys came for serving they said filters have to replace, your warranty has been over, now you have to purchased filters suppose if you take AMC it will cover these filters also I though it's good take AMC and they also pushing for AMC very tactfully,
I have taken two years AMC for Kent water purifier, while taking AMC the filters which were replaced those filters are not at all working, never be full the filer storage tank, I raised the compliant over the mobile phone they are saying us we will come and resolve issue but they never come I was keep on calling more than a month but no response, later on they are not at all attending my phone calls.

S. S. Aqua Services are not authorized people for Kent services, which I came to know later from Kent.
now I am purchasing water cans from store.

please help me on this issue.
