delaying to provide gas connection and misbehavior

hello. dear sir ,
i am gas consumer . i am complaning for delaying of my home gas connection and when i asked them for my problem of delaying gas connection the employe of SABARMATI GAS LTD HIMMATNAGAR misbehaved with me and give me unsetisfied answer of my query in dirty language . so please forward my query to SABARMATI GAS LTD GANDHINGAR . and i am asking them that this kind of way to treat the customers.i am hoping...

Dear Sir,

I have applied for PNG connection for my residance at Kalol (N.Gujarat). I have paid deposit Rs.5666/- to Sabarmati Gas Company vide receipt No.1266 dtd.22.08.12. My Application No. is 105032. In our area who have applied all have got connection before two months. I inquired with company's contractor before two months, they say within one week you will get connection after that I inquired three times very week but till date they have not done connection and given gas supply. How many days I have to wait for this connection.

Sabarmati Gas Ltd. — Not Working Gas Connection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for PNG connection for my residance at Mehsana. I have paid deposit Rs.1000/- to Sabarmati Gas Company vide receipt No.76703 dtd.08.04.2010 & Appl,ication No-39139. In our area who have applied all have got connection before two months. I inquired with company's contractor before two months, they say within one week you will get connection after that I inquired three times very week but till date they have Complate his MMT Process Befor 10 Days.But Today connection is not working with gas Supplay. How many days I have to wait for this connection.

Sabarmati Gas Ltd. — Not yet given gas connection line in spite of registered & payment for connection.

I am Thakor Sanjay Rameshji and i registered gas connection and paid in cheque no. 182117 drawn on state bank of india,on August 9,2010.Receipt no.79512,Application no. 056309.But i yet not got connection inspite of complain 4 or 5 times.

Gas Pipe Line — Connection

Business Partner No. [protected] .Rs 5000/- & 1000/- DEBITED ON 09/07/11. for a new Gas connection at 62 Vidya Vihar appts. Sector -9,

they installed the meter in first week of September and also their inspector came in mid October for inspection and told they will connect the line within two days. But sorry to say no one came as yet.

I called so many times to the customer care. they feel sorry and forwarding the request to concerned department. but the concerned department is not providing any reply to them.

can anyone listen my request and help me in providing the Gas pipeline connection immediately.

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        I have a complain against Sabarmati Gas Ltd, Kalol Branch.
        I had given an application for my residential PNG line modification before a month (6/7/2012).
        They didn't reply even after 10 days.
        again I call back to remind my application they send a person for estimation of type of work & he told me it will round about Rs. 1050 for such kind of modification. after such communication he never come back for further process.

        After another 15-16 days I again remind to gas company to attain my case they send another person for estimation(2nd time) and this time he told me it will charged Rs. 3500.

        Now, will you plz tell me that how can it be possible that the same company will estimate different amount for same kind of work.
        By today I had visited the SGL office at kalol for my issue. I had a discussion with the head of office & again he told me that SGL person will give you estimate.

        Now My problem is that what is this phenomenon to attain the customer. After giving application I am still waiting for result.
        Even a contractor of SGL kalol call me and said I will do your work illegal And you pay me Rs. 1100 Cash (Not by cheque/DD towards SGL)

        Now tell me what should I do in this case.

        still now my home line is not install They didn't reply even .
        i visited in your office navjivan shopping and one person tell next week finely connection is install and he give me a number for your employ Mr ashish and i talk to ashish but he not give properly ans so what I do your company is all ready diduct my money before 7 month.please give me rep fast without gas connection i facing more difficulty.

          I have applied for PNG connection on 30/3/2010 and paid 1000/- deposit through cheque no.577858,Sarvodaya bank,Himatnagar.I have got gas fittings before 6 months but till date i'vent get connection.i'v complained about it at our regional office more than 50 times but had not get satisfied answer from your personal name ANUPAM PATEL.About 50 ft.far houses from mine have got connection long before but i'vent.

              I have applied for PNG connection for my residance at Mehsana. At that time i have paid deposit Rs.1000/- to Sabarmati Gas company application no.52312 date:11/11/2010.& told me maximum within three months gas line will connect.So i want to cancel my PNG connection after four month but they told me that connection rate become high, you have benifit don't cancel the connection. If you cancelled this connection ,in futur you will not get connection same name & place.But today now a day they told me you pay new rate.what should i do?

I have paid deposit Rs.1000/- to Sabarmati Gas Company vide receipt No.1716 dtd.[protected], form no.61218 .when i book png connection then bathroom connection charge rs.350/- and today dtd.[protected] png connection complete my residence then contractor i say paid bathroom connection charge rs.2500/-. I inquired with company's office at kadi. they say paid me rs.2500/- because rate revise for dtd[protected]. but i book connection January and then again and again inquiry about my png connection. they time some day ,till date five month after give me connection. company late gave me connection, why i paid more bathroom connection charge? company too late me connection,

                  Dear sir,
                  I has applied for the House hold Gas connection & paid the deposited Rs.: 1000/- through SBI Cheque No.: 275856, Which has been cleared. Then piping work was complited & the installation charge has been paid Rs.: 3498/- by SBI cheque no.: 275858 dated 25.05.2009, Which is cleared on 30.05.2009 by the Bank. I received a compline no. 1620 from Sabarmati Gas Ltd. that yet my installation charges Rs.: 3497.5 are due to the office, which needs to be submited before 15.03.2011 at Mehsana office. I received the letter on 14th evening & reshed to the office on 15.03.2011 noon. Mr. Satishkumar took the relevent records & informed to revert after confirmation with the office at Ahemedabad. Yes he also called up to the office & asked for the information, but anyhow the the information was to be conveyed letter on. Hence Mr. Satishkumar took the references & said he will revert after the confirmation. He also asked to excecute the Gas connection releasing activity also & I agreed to release the connection on 15.03.2011. Till date the connection is not released, nor i have received any information regarding it. I tried to contect Mr. Satishkumar for the same since Monday (28.03.2011) evening, he agreed to revert after confirmation next day (Tuesday). Hope i am iformed the truth.

                  As per Customers Request, Technician went to supply Gas to the Customer's Kitchen Point, But the Customer doesn't have Gas Stove, how SGL shall be held reponsible for the customer's complaint ??????????...
                  Yes the technitian reached the house on 20th June, by the time renovation of house was being carried out. Sir, The compliant was for the issue of the installation charges Rs.: 3497.5 which was paid on 25th May 2009 & was not been credited to the customer ID: 18459.

                    I shmt.puspa j patel has applied for PNG connection on14/4/2010 vide app. no. 39260 receipt no 33259 for my house at 12 gurukrupa society behind mangalampark .Have approached your local office many a times but have not get proper solution. Even your people do not assure me about date for connection. They have not even displayed priority and clearance list of PNG connection in himatnagar city. I request you to go through the matter and do needful in this connection so that i can avail your facility at earliest.

                            I have booked PNG of Sabarmati Gas Ltd., Mehsana for my residence at B/3, Shivam Park Society, Tavadiya Road, Mehsana but till time they are not providing the gas connection. On asking the local person and after many discussion they have provided the gas pipeline in my house but till date they are not starting the services.
                            Looking forward for the prompt and positive response from Sabarmati Gas Ltd., Mehsana.

                              I have booked PNG of Sabarmati Gas Ltd., Gandhinagar for my residence at B/13, Rajshree Apartments, Ambicanagar, Kalol vide receipt No. 30278 Dt. 3.11.2009 but till time they are not providing the gas connection. On asking the local person and after many discussion they have provided the gas pipeline in my house but till date they are not starting the services.
                              I have sent a written communication to their Gandhinagar office but the post has came back stating that the address has been changed.
                              Looking forward for the prompt and positive response from Sabarmati Gas Ltd., Gandhinagar.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have applied for PNG connection for my residance 7,PRAYAGRAJ APP,OPP MUNICIPAL GARDEN,KALOL(N.G)382721. I have paid deposit Rs.1000/- to Sabarmati Gas Company vide receipt Chq No.119586 dtd.7-7-2009. In our area who have applied all have got connection before two months. I inquired with company's contractor before two months, they say within one week you will get connection after that I inquired three times very week but till date they have not done connection and given gas supply. How many days I have to wait for this connection.

                                I have living kadi,mehsana,gujarat. gas bill of 2 Month is 2053rs Current and our average bill is 1000rs.but comapany has increase bill twice in all city so help

                                Sabarmati Gas — regarding bill payment option

                                There is no netbanking payment option and also charges for late payment of gas bills are comparatively more.it is necessary to improve bill payment option for wellfare of consumer.up to the time company has gathered lot of money through late charges.

                                  I have applied for PNG connection for my residance at Mehsana. I have paid deposit Rs.1000/- to Sabarmati Gas Company vide receipt No.24263 dtd.25.03.09. In our area who have applied all have got connection before two months. I inquired with company's contractor before two months, they say within one week you will get connection after that I inquired three times very week but till date they have not done connection and given gas supply. How many days I have to wait for this connection.

                                  Our company has taken LNG line & started consumption by mid April 09, Now SGL has covered the area of their supply lng kit of pressure gauges, consumption data meter etc.by m.s.fancing nail wire. Now already passed 3 months & more but no body has taken care of the area of their kit.I had reminded three / four time to SGL executives to arrange Fire Extinguser at the fancing area. it is very hazardous
                                  All the executives & workman also aware of the nature of gas, eventhough no body has taken serious action.

                                  this is our camplane your old custmers are not satesgide with your new decision.old custmers payed 10000=00 Rs and new custmers pay 5000=00 Rs. old custmers are suppert to start your bussiness.this is not fair to your old custmers.pls do somthing your old custmers.and take good decision in favour of your old custmers.

                                  I am old customer when your connection charge is Rs. 10000.00. Now I know some source that you reduce connection charge is Rs. 5000.00. when your business in Mehsana is newly then we support your company but our connection charge is more then new customer. this policy is not good for your company. actually you have give less connection charge to us. also when i take connection from your company, then charge of Gas is Rs.12.00 but our new bill gas charge is Rs. 14.00. your company uptodate not inform about the change of your rate. first you inform customer about rate of Gas.please arrange to credit to our bill amount for this different.
                                  When SGLtd laid down Pipeline then after filling of earth properly not done by your company. i some time telephonic complain but upto date result not come. do proper solution of complain.                                   *Regarding Connection Charge (Rs. 10, 000 ----> Rs. 5000)
                                  I fully agree towards your dis-contention towards the reduction in initial deposit of Rs. 5000. Discrimination is always bad. But, we should see through the company's point of view as well. Company's mission is to ensure availability of piped gas to almost all households of our area. Since, there were very less enthusiastic people willing to pay Rs. 10, 000, so company had to take this step. Otherwise, as a businessman, why would it allow loss of Rs. 5000 on every new customer from now on.

                                  *Regarding Actual Complaint & Rs 12- Rs14
                                  Yes, it is surely a shortcoming of company's employees. They should not misguide probable customers by giving them false dates. It needs an explanation from the responsible company's employee. Same with Rs. 2 per kg hike. Company should inform in advance. Though, Mr. Chinubhai Patel, I would ask, did you confirmed from your fellow users or customers of different locality about such information from company. Does this information failed to receive only your locality or all the customers.
