My account debited but payment not received.
I have communicated with the Mehsana Branch Office twice in this regard, But my payment yet to be credited.

    I have paid Rs 2950/- for extra pipe extension for geyser on 8/10/2022 (Receipt NO:[protected]) at Sidhpur branch.. Till date no one came from company to extend pipe for our geyser connection.. Winter season is already started. At time of payment told that it will be done within ten days.. Its been over 2 months now n no one bother to do their work. Third class service by state run company. after enquiring, every time, we are getting answer that new tender will be done. I am also PSU employee, and i know that what to do now! i am going to complaint on PMO Grievance Portal now. please resolve the issue immediately.

      I have paid Rs 2950 for extra pipe extension for geyser on 7/10/2022 at kudasan branch.. Till date no one came from company to extend pipe for our geyser connection.. Winter will b over soon then when will you guys work.. At time of payment told tht it will be done within ten days.. Its been over 2 months now n no one bother to do their work.. If you are not able to work then why take payment in advance.. I would have gotten electric geyser by now n used in winter.. If you are not able to do your work then kindly refund my money back..

            We have applied for new ges connections at Kakoshi, Ta Siddhpur, Di Patan on 03/12/2021 . Our application number are 317271, 317272, 317273, 317274, 317275, 317276, 317277, 317278, 317279 and 317260 . All connections are in one street. Till now we have not get connections. What we have to do . We have paid amount as par your terms. Amount of 1925 Rupees per application is paid. Please check and give connections as soon as possible. Thank you.

                    Hello
                    I have issued my gyser gas connection on nov. 2021
                    I have paid for that also
                    But i haven't got the connection till now
                    Its almost 1 year since i have applied
                    I have come to mehsana office 4-5 times but they are not answering well
                    Previous time when i came to your office they gave me one number
                    I have tried lots off time to contact on that number
                    But he didn't reply single time
                    If you not solve my query.. i need to go to national consumer cell...
                    It's not right way to deal with your consumers

                      HI,
                      Have applied and paid fees to start Gas connection on 18/08/2022 but connection not started.
                      There is no confirmation yet that by when it will start.

                      It is disappointing that after taking 1 month time sabarmati gas is unable to start gas connection.

                        Respected Team,

                        We had applied for Gas Connection via Application No.324096 on 10th Jan 2022 and we have attached the receipt of the same for your further reference (Annexure A). On 17th of Mar 2022 only meter was installed (Annexure E & Annexure F) and by the end of Mar’22 final work was completed related to the Gas Pipe Line and the line was ready to use after Mar 2022.

                        After the complete installation of the Gas Pipeline our all members of the family moved to our uncle’s home on the occasion of Ramzan festival.

                        We have received the message from Sabarmati Gas Ltd stating our bill is due with the amount of Rs.270.80/- on 09/06 /2022 (Annexure D). So we did an inquiry at the office of the Sabarmati Gas Ltd situated at Sidhpur with the question that we have not used any single unit than why we have been charged? So we have received the reply stating we have to pay minimum rental even if we do not use any single unit.

                        So we have paid the bill generated against Meter No.[protected] on 15th Jun 2022 with the bill date from 15th Feb 2022 to 1st Jun 2022 which is clearly mentioned in the receipt which we have attached herewith (Annexure B & Annexure C).

                        We moved back from our uncle’s home on 15th Jun 2022 and on 21st Jun 2022, we observed that the meter is not working so we logged the complaint for the same.

                        The concerned department changed our meter on the very same day and issued the new meter with the Meter No.[protected] (Annexure H & Annexure I). Till here everything was fine but our question with the concern arises when we received the next bill for the month of 2nd Jun 2022 to 1st Aug 2022 with the total 61.99 units consumed (Annexure G).

                        Note: We actually used 20.108 units and 41.884 units mentioned with the remarks Rebate/Adjustments Unit.

                        Upon receiving the bill with the 61.99 units consumed we called on [protected] to the office of Sabarmati Gas Ltd situated at Sidhpur but we have not received clarification on our question and just asked us to pay the bill.

                        So with the dissatisfactory reply from the office of Sabarmati Gas Limited, Sidhpur we called on toll free number [protected] on 22nd Aug 2022, so after listening to our complete concern they logged the complaint viz. Complaint No.[protected] and updated that after 4 to 5 days our query will be answered but we have yet not received any reply. On 28th Aug 2022 we again did follow up with the provided complaint number with the customer care but we have not received any update on the same.

                        Now our questions with concern are to you:

                        1) We have paid all dues till 1st Jun 2022 and no due was pending

                        2) How 41.884 units were added with the remarks Rebate/Adjustments Unit?

                          જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે હું પટેલ નયનાબેન જગદીશભાઇ ( MOBILE [protected]), રહેવાસી 15, મન મંદિર, સહારા ટાઉન શીપ, રાધનપુર રોડ, મેહસાણા ખાતે કસ્ટમર આઈ.ડી[protected] થી સાબરમતી ગેસ નું ઘરેલુ કનેક્શન મેળવેલું હતું. મે મારું ગેસ કનેક્શન તા.02/07/2022 ના રોજ બંધ કરાવેલું છે. તેની અફિડેવિટ તેમજ અન્ય જરૂરી આધારો આપી 118 રૂપિયા ની per. Disconnection ચાર્જ ભરેલ છે. મારું ઘરેલુ કનેક્શન કાયમી બંધ કરાવ્યુ હોવા છતાં Billing પીરિયડ -02/07/2022 to 01/09/2022 નું 323 રૂપિયા આવ્યું છે. જે વ્યાજબી નથી..
                          આપ સાહેબ ને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે Billing પીરિયડ -02/07/2022 to 01/09/2022 નું 323 રૂપિયા નું બિલ રદ કરવા વિનંતી.
                          બિડાણ- 118 રૂપિયા ની per. Disconnection ચાર્જ ભરેલ પહોચ.

                              I have replaced gas meter as it asked by officials. After changing meter, I got bill of 16K for 256 units of consumption. Generally gas consumption for my case is limited to 2~3 unit for two months. So mostly I paid minimum charges for 5 units. Meter was stopped working for two year according to their record & they are charging way ahead o[censored]sage that newer happed. If I count maximum usage of gas for a person (who is using less than 5 units for two months) for two year then it will be maximum of 60 units in any case.

                              I asked for a reason for the 256 units. They were telling it's average of previous usage. Then it never come to 256 unit. Registered complain with reference no [protected] with Sabarmati Gas but no response so far

                                  I have consumed 13 units, Considering the 27.70/unit, the usage charge should be 360. But the usage charge in bill is 615. And the total bill amount is 734. What is the actual unit charge that I want to know. No one is picking up the Customer care number which is[protected].

                                    I have applied for new png connection on dated 10 Mar 2022, customer id[protected]. Gas pipelines are installed and only under ground connection is pending. Please look into the matter and kindly provide the gas connection as early as possible.

We had applied for new gas connection on 20/12/2021 but till now no response for any new connection has been received till 5 to 6 times on the complaint key at Kalol office but no response has been received in this week. Will come in this week, he will speak and no one even comes to see, please get our complaint questioned as soon as possible...
