શ્રીમાન,
જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે હું પટેલ નયનાબેન જગદીશભાઇ ( MOBILE [protected]), રહેવાસી 15, મન મંદિર, સહારા ટાઉન શીપ, રાધનપુર રોડ, મેહસાણા ખાતે કસ્ટમર આઈ.ડી[protected] થી સાબરમતી ગેસ નું ઘરેલુ કનેક્શન મેળવેલું હતું. મે મારું ગેસ કનેક્શન તા.02/07/2022 ના રોજ બંધ કરાવેલું છે. તેની અફિડેવિટ તેમજ અન્ય જરૂરી આધારો આપી 118 રૂપિયા ની per. Disconnection ચાર્જ ભરેલ છે. મારું ઘરેલુ કનેક્શન કાયમી બંધ કરાવ્યુ હોવા છતાં Billing પીરિયડ -02/07/2022 to 01/09/2022 નું 323 રૂપિયા આવ્યું છે. જે વ્યાજબી નથી..
આપ સાહેબ ને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે Billing પીરિયડ -02/07/2022 to 01/09/2022 નું 323 રૂપિયા નું બિલ રદ કરવા વિનંતી.
બિડાણ- 118 રૂપિયા ની per. Disconnection ચાર્જ ભરેલ પહોચ.

    Dear Sir,

    We have a Domestic Connection at my Home and very higher amount (3295 Rs.) of monthly bill provided by Sabarmati Gas Limited instead of Regular 250-350 Rs.

    I would expect that your Officials will help to resolve the issue.

      I have replaced gas meter as it asked by officials. After changing meter, I got bill of 16K for 256 units of consumption. Generally gas consumption for my case is limited to 2~3 unit for two months. So mostly I paid minimum charges for 5 units. Meter was stopped working for two year according to their record & they are charging way ahead o[censored]sage that newer happed. If I count maximum usage of gas for a person (who is using less than 5 units for two months) for two year then it will be maximum of 60 units in any case.

      I asked for a reason for the 256 units. They were telling it's average of previous usage. Then it never come to 256 unit. Registered complain with reference no [protected] with Sabarmati Gas but no response so far

          I have consumed 13 units, Considering the 27.70/unit, the usage charge should be 360. But the usage charge in bill is 615. And the total bill amount is 734. What is the actual unit charge that I want to know. No one is picking up the Customer care number which is[protected].

            I have applied for new png connection on dated 10 Mar 2022, customer id[protected]. Gas pipelines are installed and only under ground connection is pending. Please look into the matter and kindly provide the gas connection as early as possible.

We had applied for new gas connection on 20/12/2021 but till now no response for any new connection has been received till 5 to 6 times on the complaint key at Kalol office but no response has been received in this week. Will come in this week, he will speak and no one even comes to see, please get our complaint questioned as soon as possible...

                  Day after tomorrow I was out for 1 hr. from home and on that time only your person come to take gas reading for gas bill of may 2022.As my home was closed he put make a bill of 5 unit. Now I am going to pay that 5 unit bill but my question is that will I get this 5 unit minus in my next bill. Because previously also you have charged that minimum 5 unit and in next bill too in had paid that extra 5 unit charge. So please clarify me that you m which basis you are charging that extra 5 unit rupee from a middle class man.
                  I request pls improve your service. In future we can do self generate gas bill at our home.

                  I had complained on June 22 which I got the reply today (JUL - 22 AFTER 1 MONTH)
                  they told : "YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A REPLY FROM THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES WITHIN SERVERAL DAYS" Serially ????? very bad service.

                    Dear sir,

                    Yesterday I was out for 1 hr from home and on that time only your person come to take gas reading for gas bill of may 2022.As my home was closed he put status as meter not read and make a bill of 5 unit.Now I am going to pay that 5 unit bill but my question is that will I get this 5 unit minus in my next bill.Because previously also you have charged that minimum 5 unit and in next bill too inhad paid that extra 5 unit charge.So please clarify me that you m which basis you are charging that extra 5 unit rupee from a middle class man.

                        I submitted request for reconnection in January but still no action will taken on this..i call customer care for connection still there is no response from them..i submitted all documents and payment. I call them from last 5 month but nothing happens still...i submitted my documents at Talod center of sabarmati gas...

                          My costumer I'd is[protected], gas bill of meter no[protected] of Sai Residency Chiloda is Rs 542/- for the period 16 March to 13 May 2022. Intimate whether above amount have been received to your gas Ltd or otherwise. Because online payment options on your official website and Paytm showing zero balance

                            I came to Visnagar Sabarmati Gas Office to pay in person to bring the connection upstairs. No one has come for the connection even though it has been (six months). Since last (six months) I have been paying unpaid bills. Also stated in the customer care center. However, nothing worked. So now you suggest any advice.

                                Since card payment is closed, card payment is requested to be resumed. Bounge is lost due to card not being closed. Nowadays, most of the users use more cards. Request to start card payment. The staff is too bad to be asked to give proper training.
