I have your gas connection at UJADIYA.
there is no due of my bill.
I want pay advance payment but
i can not able to pay online advance payment.

Day after tomorrow I was out for 1 hr. from home and on that time only your person come to take gas reading for gas bill of may 2022.As my home was closed he put make a bill of 5 unit. Now I am going to pay that 5 unit bill but my question is that will I get this 5 unit minus in my next bill. Because previously also you have charged that minimum 5 unit and in next bill too in had paid that extra 5 unit charge. So please clarify me that you m which basis you are charging that extra 5 unit rupee from a middle class man.
I request pls improve your service. In future we can do self generate gas bill at our home.

I submitted request for reconnection in January but still no action will taken on this..i call customer care for connection still there is no response from them..i submitted all documents and payment. I call them from last 5 month but nothing happens still...i submitted my documents at Talod center of sabarmati gas...

I came to Visnagar Sabarmati Gas Office to pay in person to bring the connection upstairs. No one has come for the connection even though it has been (six months). Since last (six months) I have been paying unpaid bills. Also stated in the customer care center. However, nothing worked. So now you suggest any advice.

Gas applications applied successfully since 21-09-21.but after this long time. Not complete gas connection. After many call to your company personal rajnikant parmar, ketan prajapati of kalol branch. Only gas supply pipe fitted. But meter not installed. Please lookout as soon as possible

Since card payment is closed, card payment is requested to be resumed. Bounge is lost due to card not being closed. Nowadays, most of the users use more cards. Request to start card payment. The staff is too bad to be asked to give proper training.

Will I get any help if I have to pay more bill due to leakage in Sabarmati gas pipeline?

The person who comes for Changing meter didn't check anything and this leakage near meter happens and I pay my last two month bill almost double...

Dear Sir,

Sabarmati Gas Ltd. (SGL), Mehsana had confirmed our DCQ 3500 SCM/Day with MGO contract for the period 01.05.2022 to 31.07.2022 on the phone on 04.05.2022, and accordingly immediately we have transferred 1155200/-as a Payment Security Deposit subject to be adjusted in your invoice on receipt of our Bank Guarantee.Our Bank Guarantee for the same amount is also prepared & may be released today by our bank.

And after two days SGL is showing inability to make an MGO contract for the above period for our required DCQ 3500 SCM/Day of Natural Gas.

In March 2022, Sabarmati Gas Ltd restricted the use of natural gas from 100% DCQ to 80% DCQ in the MGO contract. Practically, exactly 80% withdrawal is not possible, although SGL recovered MGO obligation from us for a short withdrawal of 80% and due to the same decision huge losses occurred to us.

આપ સાહેબ શ્રીં ને જણાવવાનું કે અરવલ્લી જિલ્લા ના મોડાસા માં સાબરમતી ગેસ નું સીએનજી ગેસ નું મધર સ્ટેશન જિલ્લા પંચાયત ની બાજુમાં બનાવવામાં આવ્યું છે ...
ત્યાં રાત્રે 11 વાગ્યા પછી થી સવાર ના 6:30 સુધી સીએનજી ભરી આપવામાં આવતો નથી .. જયારે બીજા જિલ્લા ઓ માં અદાણી, ગુજરાત ગેસ ના પમ્પ 24 કલાક ગેસ ભરી આપે છે .તો મોડાસા માં સાબરમતી ગેસ સંચાલિત સીએનજી પમ્પ વાળા 24 કલાક મધર સ્ટેશન પર થી ગેસ કેમ ના ભરી આપે ???

I have issue before about meter. My gas meter accidently stopped working so i personally went to the regional sabarmati office mahesana gujarat. N they changed the meter on same day without any delay...thats great...
But after that i noticed that new meter is running faster than normal...thats why my last 2 to 3 bills goes to 4 times higher than regular...not 2 or 3 times its 4 times higher...but now they don't come to change or check the meter properly... even i complained them 2 or 3 times...
Please do some favour as fast as possible.
Hoping for your favourable reply n hope yur change my meter without any further delay.

We have filled a form on 26th oct 2021, till date our conecyion has not start. Every day contacting sidhpur branch for connection process they always say will come today will come today, but not came.

Kindly do the needful ASAP and if they are not ready to complete the process of connection kindly let us know so we can cancel the connection and fill the process of refund of my money

I had visit your mehsana branch for gas connection but your employer said you are defaulter so not provide gas connection to you i said your employer i paid all due but your employer said your defaulter so not provided gas connection please guide how can i defaulter and also provided gas connection
