    Respected, sir/mam
    we have given application for our old gas line connection but no one came to see and we have give applications since November 2021 . But still we are waiting for the gasline and we aslo visit sabarmati gas line office 3-4 times but they were saying there no material so we cannot do anything so please help me out from this problem because we urgently need our gas line

    My humble request to you sir/mam take our problem as soon as possible

        Sir,
        It is to inform you that gas bill has been received for the month of 16 Jan 21 to 15 Jan 22.on scrutiny of bill forwarded by you.It is found that anomalies on gas bill.as per in bill i have consumed 76 unit but i got 2575/- rupees bill.
        Therefore i request that above mention anomalies corrected and a fresh bill may be forwarded for timely bill payment .
        Your early action is highly solicited.

          but still date they are not come, today almost 3 months over to my payment deduct.
          n the man who appont for new connection by sabarmati, he is not responding me on call & not replying.

            Dear sir/madam

            My name is Memon sulemanbhai I had registered for the new gas pipeline connection in January
            2021 at vadali, sab\rkhantha It has been more than 1 year, no one come to fit the new pipeline. I also pay the deposit amount by cheque. I call and visit the Sabarmati Gas LTD is at IDAR office so many times but they are always giving silly excuses like they don't have the manpower and few days time, do not have time to make a new connection, and always procrastinate our request when we go to the office. It's my humble request to you please take some actions for this matter and do some needful.

                Worst service sabarmati gas kalol

                I am regular customer of sabarmati gas...i want to recoonect my gas pipeline after i renovate my house but i have worst experience of kalol office and service...i try many times but not they are responding and we r suffering from not having gas pipeline since 2 months...since 2 months we r trying...plzzz do needfull...

                  As I m serving in CRPF my government quarter has been changed from Type-1-229 to Type-2-318 so we have to open the gas connection in new quarter and close it in old quarter. I had requested for it in kudasan sabarmati gas office but I'm not getting any response. 10 days gone but still no one yet came to open the seal.
                  I had also call the service man but he is not answering the call and if answer then delaying it. Also we are not getting any response from helpline no.

                            Dear Team

                            Booking for gas cimoany was done in 07-jan-21 in our native place Himmatnagar gujarat. Since then your team has troubled my parents who r senior citizen and are giving false commitments and excuses to get our gas connevtion fixed.

                            This is a very shameful behaviour of your team and who are giving constant trouble to my aged parents.

                            Its more than 7 months and our gas connection is still pending.

                            Your team members are rude, and keeo giving excuses for not resolving our request.

                            This kind of pathetic service and inhuman behaviour of this team is highly unacceptable and we will gonto consumer court as mybparents are getting harrased by them

                            Kindly take this up and need to fix this issue asap

                                    I have availed a new connection of PNG on 21.09.2021 (consumer id[protected]. The service person Mr. Raj Kiran ([protected]), came for the new installation on 24.09.2020 and charged 100 Rs without bill for changing nozzle in a two burner gas stove. Kindly look into the matter, since this service is free of charge as told to me by the SGL team
