Flame is very slow we check stove but it has no problem in stove.
Actually the problem is in line so plz check it.

      I have a connection of Sabarmati gas.l have already paid the new connection amount ₹5000. But in each bill extra amount as Monthly installment ₹500 is added to bill which I already paid at the time of new connection. Ditails are given as :

        For bill generated in 1 st week of april amount charged is 394 rs please share calculation details

        Same for bill generated in 1 st week of june amount is 217 ra earlier it was 143 ra for closed home not useing at all

        Please share calculation details for this two cycles

          Our use of gas capacity is very law but current bill is very high at amount 2500 above and our average capacity is 200-250 Rs so quickly check it and solve our problem.

              2/2/2021 i have given the application for new connection. 6950 rs has been debitted .even after 4 months i have not got new connection. Local office people are not giving proper answer. Please do it urgently..people will lose the trust in your company

                I had made payments to Sabarmati Gas Office, Talod, Sabarkantha, Gujarat, on 1st Mar, 2021 of Rs. 7375/- for addition Gas points at my home.
                After that date I am trying to contact regularly for the work not done, but there is no any proper response from the office of Sabarmati Gas or any of its officer.
                In between of this, one bill also issued and said by the officer that payment of this bill must be done at our office via debit card, as your account shows credit balance of Rs. 7375/- and if you will not pay this bill then additional charges should be levied. I arrange to pay the same at sabarmati gas office Talod, which is 20 kms away from my house.

                I am not understand that what is my fault in this???

                It is my humble request to do the needful in this regard and close the matter as soon as possible.

                    I have applied for a new PNG connection on 5th Feb 2021 but the new connection has not been made functional yet.
                    The telephonic response from the helpline[protected] is irresponsible. Whenever I call on this number they give a date and when I phone again on that date they are giving a new date. So I am fed up with their responses.

                    Therefore I am writing this to you to do the needful to make my PNG connection functional and take action against these helpline persons.

                        Refund still not received related to failed transaction

                              I am a new customer and release a new Gas connection for my home since one month but has not been completed till date. So that I am unhappy with your company and your service provider staff and Engineer. Same labour are come at my home many times and digging of land of many places. Your service engineer wasn't coming at my home and not guide to labour's, where is the correct location in your main gas pipeline. I am so sad and I felt how can subscribe of your company.                                 I have purchase a new gas pipeline connection from Sabarmati Gas Agency Kalol for my home. Gas pipeline connection fixed at my kitchen to infront of hours but has not been connecting in main gas pipeline since twenty. I am repeatly complain lodged at Gas Agency Kalol and his asking me service engineer has not come and inform to service engineer. Then he will come then after rectify your complaint. May I requested to take necessary action against defaulter of your Gas Agency Kalol and to connect my new gas pipeline connection at main gas pipeline immediately.

                                Labour are come and duging of land in front of my home approximately 6th feet but main gas pipeline don't found and your service engineer is not present in the site. You are interested to give instruction of your service engineer to represent on site and given to guidance to labours. Other wise my neighbour are used Sabarmati Gas pipeline connection. Please do needful action on priority basis.

                                I am customer with you company and happy but I felt unhappy with your service provider staff. Have a gas pipeline connection of my neighbour but since twenty days after has not been connecting Gas pipeline at main gas pipeline. Alternative labour are come and duging a land but not obtain main gas pipeline. So that I am unhappy and I am not presently our country. I am serving with amry and gone to other counties for special task. My spouse are suffering without connection of gas pipeline at my home. Your service engineer wasn't present on the site and labour and contractor are facing great difficulty found the main gas pipeline. I hope that you will take immediate action and to connect my gas pipeline to main gas pipeline.

                                I am a customer of yours company. I have a new connection and release since Twenty day but your service provider staff and Engineer dose not complate till date. Last fifteen days, I am regularly contact with your company or agency at Kalol and Ghadhinagar but my connection is not complete till date.                                   In February 2020, i am applying for gas line bt in March lockdown happened due to corona.
                                  In starting of October the workers fit the pipes of gas line in my kitchen then after diwali they came for digging for connection and fit the meter. Then 20 days later they came for given connection from main line. Bt they didn't came for given connection in kitchen. Till then today is 24th December, 2020 they didn't came for apply the connection. We called the Talod office bt they gave only one reply will be tomorrow your gas connection given definitely. I want to file a complain against Talod gas connection office.
                                  Please take a action against them and be sure my gas connection given as soon as possible.

                                    It is informed that my new connection at my home has not been completely since five to six day that is 14 Dec to 20 Dec 2020. Labour have been come and duging at my and infornt on road.
                                    They are come and work is not completed. Labour are asking I will come back at work tomorrow but have not come and duging duging time watet pipe is damages of others person s of my society. So that I am facing lot of problems. May I requested to you do needful action please.
