Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for a new PNG gas connection with Sabarmati Gas in Mehsana on 10 December 2025. At the time of application, I was informed that the installation process would take approximately 4 months.

However, it has now been more than the promised timeline, and no installation or proper update has been provided from your side. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any clear response regarding the status of my connection.

This unnecessary delay is causing inconvenience and reflects poor customer service.

I request you to:

Provide the exact status of my application
Complete the installation process immediately
Give a written explanation for the delay
