I have a bitter experience with this person. First of all he is not attending the phone and trying to skip-away from hearing. Last time on 1/10/2019 he attended the problem and changed a sensor and charged rs, 1900- then after 35 days problem came. The gentlemen by name mr. John attended and said he will change the sensor again. Now it is almost 45 days from his last visit. He is yet to attended the problem. Just imagine the problem we have. It is a gated community with 4 storied building. We cannot wash clothes in the old pattern.
