Charging three times of the MRP of the product

I have raised a complaint for servicing my Whirlpool refrigerator. The engineer changed a motor and a sensor and charged Rs.2600 and Rs.1850 respectively for the above said items and also charged Rs. 500 as service charge. But actually the cost of the items are hardly Rs.1000 but he fooled us by charging almost three times of MRP..He also tampered the box of the spare parts in such a way that MRP is not visible.

I have done the microwave board service on december 2022, Paid 1950 + 100 service charge. after boad service, from the next day it was not working. repeated calling to the person and the manager. still the person not atten for the service. and speaking very rude. plese do the need ful

Sabharish Home Care Mannivakkam— samsung refrigerator service.
I have raised the Samsung washing machine compliant details for online portal. I got the call back after 15 mins. They confirmed within next 24 hour engineer will come and check the problem. I received the call from engineer and he visited home checked the washing machine. He checked and confirm need to replace the water level sensor. I need to bring the same from office. We can't hold the new sensors with us. Will be back in 1 hour and replace the same. He replaced and provide the bill as 1800 rupees for sensor and service amount as 400 in total 2200 rupees. But when we checked samsung original sensor amount 400 rupees only. That's my mistake before validate price of the product i paise the money. After that i tried reach out the office the number not in use. When I checked with engineer, he accepted the original price of the product and he said I'm not Holding your money. company want to charge the amount so that i billed the same. You may reach out to the office number which is presented on the company bill.
They billed more than 4 time of the product price. When ever we are raising samsung service portal how other people take the call and attend the compliant.

I have a bitter experience with this person. First of all he is not attending the phone and trying to skip-away from hearing.
Last time on 1/10/2019 he attended the problem and changed a sensor and charged rs, 1900- then after 35 days problem came. The gentlemen by name mr. John attended and said he will change the sensor again. Now it is almost 45 days from his last visit. He is yet to attended the problem.
Just imagine the problem we have. It is a gated community with 4 storied building. We cannot wash clothes in the old pattern.
Kindly intervene and oblige-the address and phone number is given below, for your information

Dear all, please be aware when u are calling the service center, i have find this company and listing as a authorised service center, i have noticed that he is charging three times greater than the actual cost, they are trying to cheat with the spare parts price. They will not provide services, i have called them more than 50 times to fix the issue, he never answered the phone. Dear whirlpool team please made the list of authorized service center in the website to do the awareness

refrigerator service..
My refrigerator was leaking and i have contacted the above person for the service. He attended the fault and charged me rs.2950 after replacing a spare defrosting timer. My refrigerator is godrej brand. He has charged me rs.2400 towards the cost of timer. I have issued a cheque for rs. 2950 including the service charge. When i checked the wrapper of the product the price is mentioned as rs.600. He has billed the price four times higher than the original price. Immediately i have requested him not to present the cheque for payment. To my surprise, the problem is not solved. Still the fridge is leaking water. The timer is not working or may be he is not able to identify the problem. It is very clear that he made attempt to defraud me by charging four times higher and on top of it he does not know how to identify the problem. I request you to kindly stop him from the services. Pl take up the matter with godrej people and cancel his tie up with them.
