Safal — Shopkeeper cheating on bill and charege extra amount without bill

Safal shop at dr mukharjee nagar is doing fraud with people. shopkeeper is charging extra rupees by adding extra weight and repeating product while weighing. also he does not gives bills to the customers for detail. he also misbehave students for asking details for bills.
mukharjee nagar is a student area.they dont have inough idea for online billing veggi and fruits in shop. shopkeeper takes advantage for it. many student complain for higher charge and he told that fruits and veggi are very costly and by mistake he adds another bill on their bills. most of the customers dont have idea that they are cheated by shopkeeper.
he also cheated on me twice adding 70 or 80 rupees extra on 250 bills. for proof i dont have bill.
please dont ignore this complain because this is really serious issue and people has trust on safal shop because it is related to government. please take strict action and try to catch him on red handed.
