Sir,
Safal shop no.103 does not following the goverment guidline & social distancing which is required for covid 19. They are not taking proper precaution like they don't sanitize place properly. And they even don't handle the customer efficiently as well. Their behaviour towards customer is quite inappropriate as well. Please notice the complaint seriously. Notice my complain as much as possible.

Its looking ripen but taste like chemically ripened fruits

We brought it from mobile fruit seller in our area. Vehicle is coming daily morning and evening

Fruit seller response is not good when we complained about the issue

They are not giving proper bills for long time and also there is prize tags on vegitables & fruits. There is somthing going wrong. Request you to please take urgent action on it.
When i asked about bill they are not behaving good and they are saying that printer is not working.

Of malviyaa nagar constituency. Today dated 28 march 2020 i visited the safal outlet in sarvodya (Shop no. 015) for buying vegetables. Even though the opening timing is 5 am the outlet was closed even at 6:15am and when i asked the manger the reason he just ignored me and when i asked him for the second time, he pushed me out even though social distancing should be practiced and behaved very badly and said that you aren't our regular customer.
Sir please i request you to take the required and strict action against the manager because it's not the first time he has done this.

There has been a misuse of the govt resources my the safal dairy administrator in sector 6 dwarka post office market in delhi-110075. The person who is working as safal administrator in the said market has opened new vegetable shop next to safal leading to confusion thats under safal only secondly fresh vegetables are kept in new shop where prices are higher and stale vegetables are kept in safal dairy

Booth no 226 is selling vegetables and onions to the shop keepers not to the resedents of the area and the resedents are buying the vegetables and fruits from the shopkeepers at the higher rates please provide the camera at the safal outlets and monitor online that they are changing the material with the substandard material by replacing the safal material with the open market material and selling the safal vegetables and fruits to the open market and even onions.

Yesterday bought vegetable from safal booth 81005, payer no. 2014876.

Today he refused give 1 kg onion as today i did not bought vegetable. Is it necessary to buy vegetable. I asked him to give me in written. Which with arrogant attitude gave me in writing. He is the owner and his name is rotash kumar. Kindly look into the matter as i am going to send a copy to consumer forum

Safal in sector-33 noida:
1) sells stale fruits and vegetables
2) quality is not good
3) if we ask the owner to change the foods that are rotten or smelling bad, he argues that he won't do it and ask us not to visit his outlet
4) he behaves rude on complaining
5) instead of listening to genuine complaints, he shouts on customers to not take anything if they don't like it

Bought drum sticks from safal store in princeton estate, dlf phase v, gurgaon (Paytm account safal 82000) on 10/11/2017. It was prepared for lunch on 13/11/2017 and it tested sour with chemicals flavor and unfortunately bite was taken by everyone including children's within family. Don't know how harmful it is? Its responsibility of safal to check quality of source, i have kept one drum stuck and can be tested for it.

I am sahin garg living in delhi, nangloi friends enclave, my near safal store is "sani baazar road, sultanpuri" store number 676.
This store owner mostly sale everything to shopkeepers, (Raidiwala, or retail fruit shop keeprs),
It will be very difficult for us to purchase living things on control rate.
Please help us to provider things

Outlet: safal dwarka sector 11, plot no 8a.
Issues:
1) he always try to sell expiry products first.
2) he misbehaves when you ask him to change the expired product.
3) he keeps product like : breads/ eggs etc
And i think he's not allowed to keep such items which do not belongs to safal.
4) he still uses plastic bags which are not allowed.
5) he never gives printed bills.

I am writing this because above issues are repetitive.
Hope same will be resolved soon.

Today i brought sprouts from safal store in old rajinder nagar market, new delhi. They did not billed it, and even scratched the slip where code n expiry date was written. When i opened it at home there were small insects in it.. But as i dont have bill, i could not do much. When i went back to shop the shopkeeper misbehave and talk belligerently.. B aware

Sometime i bought vegitable and some pulse from safal store, located in noida sector 120 near gaur grandeur. But today i recognize they are foolinf people by their rate. Today one case with me happend, they written in board for onion for 36 and their is some onion small carry bag where prize written. But when they billed, i have found i have paid for same onion bag 69 rs. When i told safal store owner if their is written prize 38 why u billed 69 rs, he said it is more then 1 kg. Then i told him why you written in board for same onion 36 rs for each bag. He said very cleverly we have written for kg.
So i told him i need only 1 kg onion so reduce prize for only 1 kg, but he told me if billed once they can't change prize whether by mistake prize input wrong you have to pay them. They are looting people only.

I have a complaint against Safal booth no.072 in Kalkaji extension near pocket A-11, New Delhi-110019. I frequently purchase vegetables & fruits from this safal booth. But recently, I just checked the weight of the mangoes bought from this booth & found it to be 325 grams less that what was weighed.
Similar case was observed in other products also.

I had a very bad experience today at Safal, Near Vyapar Kendra Center.

I was about to put some vegetable in basket for billing and suddenly one of the Safal seller started shouting and talk to me Very rudely regarding pulling out leaves of Radish. He forcefully putted all leaves which I pulled out in my basket and did miss behave.

I do not expect seller should be so rude and ill mannered at Safal shop. Mather Dairy is a big brand and such employee can damage the Brand value of Safal as well as Mother Dairy.

I expect some action should be taken against such sellers. I know the guy from face but do not know the name.

I have been taking fruits and vegetables from Safal booth in Sector 100, Noida with booth ID 88802.
They post the price something else and put the different price while weighing.
It has been observed many times and when we complain about it, the guy start misbehaving and do not accept the mistake rather keep on insisting that the prices are correct.
This happened to me at least three times. I have the copy of what the price he quoted outside and what he charged as a proof.
this needs immediate action.

The MOTHER DAIRY Safal booth at gole market provides such a bad quality products. The products are charged more than the local mandi prize. most of the times the food is spoilt. the good products r being sold out to the hotels, restaurant owners. LASSI and dahi r too sour to consume. the melons r injected not tasting good. I bought brinjal n melon on 13 may 2016. when i cut them both were in a very bad condition. when i complaint back to him, he refused to exchange it or return money. neither he was sorry. This is not something new, this incident has been repeated for many times

Complaint against Safal booth no.070 near amity international school, saket, new delhi. On date 14-01-16 I went to the booth, as mentioned above, as usual. I purchased 17 items with a bill of Rs 702.66 /- I weighed the vegetables at home after purchasing them at 14:15 hrs and all items weighed about 20% less than what it was showing on the bill for which I was charged for. I Live In Shaikh Sarai. The Safal At Shaikh Sarai Sells Rotten Vegetables Everyday. Except For Few Days. I Tried Talking To The Employees At Safal. They Say Truck With Vegetables Comes Twice A Day At 8. So The Fresh Vegetables Gets Over Early In The Morning And Rest Of The Day, The Vegetables Goes Bad. I Used To Live In Sadiq Nagar Earlier. The Safal At Sadiq Nagar And Andrews Ganj Sells Fresh Vegetables Through Out The Day. Kindly See That All The Safal Outlets Sells Same Quality Of Things.

Since last 5 yrs I have been visiting Safal Booth no 162 in Sector 2, opposite Goverenment School in Dwarka, New Delhi and today i had this horrible experience. It is my usual routene that everyday after my scheduled morning walk, I go to the Safal and Mother Dairy Booth to pick up fresh fruits and milk for my school going son. I particularly mention the word " school going" because there is always a time constraint for me as I have to rush back home to give him breakfast and pack his lunch within a specific time limit. Since, last 4/5 days I have been observing huge queues infront of the Safal Booth which supposedly are for onions sold at a cheaper rate. No problem with that all these days because I was going in another seperate queue with hardly 3/4 or may be even lesser number of people where we were buying other stuff and not onions. All of a sudden, today I was told by the shop attendant that I wont be given bananas if I dont stand in the queue meant for onions and which meant behind 40/45 people, which meant no seperate line for people who didnt want onions. When I protested, I was told that the dealer did not arrive and there was dearth of manpower, which meant that half dozen banana has to be bought standing in a kilometer long queue. I rushed madly to sector 6 which is quite a distance from my house to just pick up my requirements. I would request the authority to look into the matter seriously ...My questions 1)Are the Safal Booths exclusively meant for onion buyers ? 2)If the dealer is in short of man power, is it the customers' fault ? 3)And thenHow come the Booth has got three assistants in the evening when there is no rush and the fruits and vegetables are no longer fresh ? 4)In that case if he is unable to run the booth properly in lawful manner he should surrender his dealership citing the reason of not being able to manage...

Dear Sir/Madam, This complaint is regarding the attendant of Safal booth situated in Tagore Garden, Shopping Centre (in front of Canara Bank, Tagore Garden). The attendant and his wife work at this booth. They pick up fights everyday in the area and are very misbehaved couple. They don't want to cooperate with their customers and say openly that Safal Booth heads take annual money from us so no one can do anything against us. They abuse people for small matters and recently they picked up a fight against me. The attendant picked up a rod to hit me and threatned to kill me if I didnt leave. I called Police and a complaint is registered on 7/7/2015. So it is my request to take necessary action against these people. I would like to state that, I (KARTIK, jalvihar colony, lajpat nagar, new delhi), as a consumer, I visited safal fruits and vegetable dairy (096-jalvihar colony, lajpat nagar-110024) in the morning .First of all the staff of the safal (jalvihar) never behaves in right manner, secondly the vegetables they keep are of low quality. I purchased a bananas from there the bananas kept there was of low quality though, I purchased them the cost of the banans was 36 per kg . He weighed the banans 30 Rs for others and when, I asked for the complain/suggestion book he refused to give and weighed the bananas for 36 per kg for me .Beside that the banana kept there was of 22/6/2014.The name of the staff member is "deepu". # low grade of fruits being soled. # complaint/suggestion book not given after asking enormous times. said "we dont have a complaint book". # rates being set as there wish. # behavior of the staff is pathetic. This complained against SAFAL booth which is in crossing republic, Ghaziabad (Santosh Enterprises). I have provided him material of around35000rs. He was accepted the same and committed to pay me after one month but letter on when I went to him for my money he was saying that he is not required my material because it was expired.I was running a shop in the same market and I have took decision to close my shop and the same time this guy buy the material which he wants. I gave him on purchase price and now he trying to returning my goods after one month. I have gave him all fresh stock and now he is trying returning his old stock to me. Please take an action against him otherwise SAFAL name will be spoiled.

I have purchased some vegetables and fruits. When i came to my home, i have weight of all item. and i observed that he is making fool to all customer. All item weight is less more than 50 grams of each items. he is making fool of all customer since long time. In booth no. 747 instead of sales man, whole family of 6 person are living that is husband wife and four childrens. Off and on female of the shop mixed rotten vegetable with fresh vegetable.Can family is allowed to live in both . Please check up the matter and small child of 12 years handle weighing machine and handle the cash.

This is the 3rd time I spotted a Lizard in the vegatable in the Arekere outlet of yours. This is a shame against a reputed brand of yours who cannot maintain the basic standards for customer. When I asked the store manager, he says that Pest Control is done regularly and it might have come from outside and was not bothered and serious about the whole issue. Poor Service

Every time i visit at our store he misbehaves, even he misbehaves with not only me but with several people and i am
damn sure your sales of this store have also decreased . Recently he pushed me and abused me.
It is my humble request to u to see to this problem so that immediate actions can be taken and improvement can...

There is a very rash behavior by Safal employees who sell vegies in wholesale rate during early morning hours especially the person who sits at the cash box making final bills. I experienced this at Safal at dairy circle. he has been very rash on customers as if he is giving it for free and as if v r beggers. I sincerely ask Safal management people to have a routine squad checks on all outlets provided. Since Mother dairy being soon old firm, there should be some reputation to this firm. I hope things will get down quickly.

Food poisoning after consuming Safal Orange Juice... had bought 1 ltr packs under offer of Buy 1 get 1 from Balco IP Extn, Delhi store after pursuance... when I went today morning to give the feedback and ask from refund, the store manager behaved rudely, did not refund the amount and did not accept giving this feedback to Safal corporate... any complaints regarding food quality should be taken seriously... My wife has already vomitted four times since yesterday... fortunately, we did not give this to our children... I hope quick action will be taken... I am waiting to be contacted by Safal for closure.. I have the open pack with me while I returned the sealed pack to the store. Thank you!
