The brand claims to make bags out of sturdy material but the suitcase while trabelling for dented and during the same travel as a consequence got cracked from the same place. The suitcase is under 5 years warranty and promised an exchange if any unintentional damage occurs to the suitcase. On approaching the place from where we had bought our safari suitcase- visual mega mart, ramnagar, lucknow. They said that the damage doesn't come under their rules of warranty and blamed us for intentionally breaking our own suitcase. We filed a complained on the customer care service of safari official site but haven't received any response. The suitcase is under 5 years warranty. Was bought in February and got damaged by June. Please look into this matter
