I purchased three bags on[protected] before travelling to Canada. I trusted the brand Safari because of the Goodwill as i need good quality bags for long term use. 2 full sized and one small traveling bag. Both full sized bags are in good condition but the smaller one is really poor in quality. I faced a lot of problems as the tiers of the bag was not working and i had to carry the bag with stuff inside. And there are some holes on the bag which clearly shows that the clothing is also not good. I want a return or repair of that particular small bag as I need to travel to different cities for work purpose.

I purchased a safari backpack bag of model maze of colour teal on 22nd October 2022 from naval base, Kochi. Within one week o[censored]se it's small compartment torn.
I registered a complaint in customercare of safari on 5th November through e-mail and my complaint ticket ID is 69175. On 7th November they mailed me that they need my name, contact number, photo of warranty card and invoice copy to register my complaint. On the same day I mailed all the details.
On 10th November i have received a mail from safari team where they mentioned that they forwarded the complaint to the concerned team and they will give a resolution in 2 working days. But I didn't get any resolution till now. Please do the needful.

I bought a bag a month back from online merchant. While I tried to register warranty on that bag through their website, they didn't recognizing the warranty information.
I do have the invoice from online merchant (Amazon).
I mailed many times like " I am not able register warranty from side. Please help me to resolve this, I do have Invoice and I will provide all billing Information".
But their bot sending one mail repeatedly saying Instructions on how to register warranty online.
It's not worked and they didn't responded.
Please help on this.

Dear Team,
I placed an oder with Safari Bags online on Cash on Delivery on Saturday 3.9.22 and since they didn't tell me about delivery date by Sunday morning I cancelled the order on Sunday morning 4.9.22 itself.
Now Safari company on Tuesday 6.9.22 says that they can't cancel order 13193 as I cancelled on Sunday and they don't work on Sunday.
I chose COD method and yet had the decency of informing them about cancellation to save the delivery guys from the hassle.

I bought two set trolley bag and it has 5 years warranty card attached to it and i am trying to upload by scanning the code but it shows registration in progress since hours and its been 2 days now

I bought a safari HAWK PLUS Lugguage bag in September 2017 with a five years warranty. But before the completion of 5 years, the handle and wheels of bag are broken. I request to company to do the needful as the bag is still under warranty. I have informed the Safari customer care by mail on 7th August -2022 ( because they don't pick up the phone ). I have sent them warranty card copy and pic of bag etc, but they are still insisting on to send them some factory printed stiched lable tag, which is not traceable/ available in the bag. They have wasted my 12 days like this. I don't know, how to avail my warranty now.

Both the zips of the bag are non functional ans since the bag is totally openable its is dependent on the zips entirely hence cannot use the bag at all
