Safari — Expander zipper not working

I have purchased a safari trolley star 75 4W on 16th Jan 2022 in Flipkart.

Received the product and everything is perfect except the expander zip. Unable to unzip the expander zip and it's not working.

I have been following up with safari customer care for one month and the complaint was not resolved yet. Complaint registered on Feb 12th, 2022. Very Worst service.

I need a resolution for this complaint as soon as possible.
