[Resolved]  Safari — No response against defect in material within warranty period

I purchase a SAFARI trolley suitcase on Sep'2022 from FLIPKART. The warranty period of said suitcase is 3 year. But before 1 year 1 wheel of said suitcase was not working properly due to misalign. So I complain (Complaint no. 131810) to Safari customer care for rectification the same on 10.07.23. Accordingly they ask some photo of above misalign Wheel and suitcase on 12.07.23. And I provide the same on 13.07.23.
After that they no response. I give 2 remainder mail on 15.07.23 & 19.07.23 but they not response.
In connection with above I want Safari Team will rectify the said suitcase as early as possible.

Yesterday I have received the replacement item with good condition. So, my problem is solved on 04.09.23, where I rise the said complain to Safari on 10.07.23.
