Ordered a bag on 16th of March, 2023 and received it within four days. However, since I didn't like the product, hence, I created a return request on that very day, that is the 20th of March, 2023. The return was taken within 2 to 3 days but ever since then, I did not receive any update regarding the refund. Even after sending back to back emails, I didn't get any response from their end.
