Safeexpress — Damage to shipped item | |||
It's very disheartening to see the way safexpress transports our valuables. . My files and scanner along with some books were transported from hyderabad to delhi. They were booked on 29 / 08 / 2015 from hyderabad and received by a friend on 02 / 09 / 2015. However most of things are seriously damaged and in very poor condition. The glass of my scanner is broken (Completely packed by parent company) . I am filing a suit against them in consumer forum. I request all friends here to not use this poor service. I have discuss with u about my Pascal is very delay. Please check status my delivery I m trying with customer care number but not give any response My Pascal Number: 83588438 My parel was bookedon 19th oct2017 from panrutti for bangalore with way bill no 54473416. The same has not been delivered till now 26th oct2017 4.50pm
I have been missing classes waiting for the pick up guy since he assured me he would come. In the end of the day when I call up, he would say all excuses. How unprofessional! Worst service I have ever had.
