[Resolved] Safexpress — against delay delivery and rude behaviour | |||
Hi, I am Shailendra Kumar. My words are going in a bad way for your logistic service. I have experience worst service ever from a logistic company. My consignment has been arrived to the destination (Jhansi) on 07/10/2019 at 12:44:00, but it is still not delivered. when I have called so mANY TIMEs to your local hub center in Jhansi. The person who addressing the customer on phone he did not replied me once. next day I called again and ask about my consignment he said, '' we did not receive your any consignment with the name of Shailendra kumar. I gave my waybill no. then he agreed and said we will send it. After few hours i again called him and asked for the same now he responded rudely and cut the phone.
