My consignment is undelivered since last 45 days. I have never experienced such poor service from any courier service. Your agents are just cheating and spoiling your company reputation. I would suggest you please take necessary action action such agents which are misleading customers.
I have given my consignment 45 days ago to one of your agent in kashmir. He used to tell me that my consignment will be delivered with 6days. But he didn't provide me AWB Number . When I pressurized him to provide me the AWB number he gave me a number as [protected]. When I tracked it online it's showing he has initiated my courier on 1st of March.
I contacted him again on 9th March he said your consignment has reached to Ambala which I am going to receive within next 3 days . Since then he is not picking up my call not even bothered to provide me any update.
Looking forward your kind support in this case or else I will going to complaint in consumer court for further escalation.
