    This time my way bill no is 92534149. It was dispatched on 23/03/21 and as on today that is 14/04/21.. i am being told that it will be delivered. As a business owner, i have lost many orders as the consignment is packaging material.
    Same thing has happened in last two shipments.

        The item is received today and its damaged. Attaching the photo for your reference.

        The item was mishandled, such a hard material broken.
        After given complain too, there is no update actually no one cares seems. Bhagwan bharose raho bhai.. if item receved good u r lucky enough.

        See the way and level of damage .. do you think safe express are professional couriers .. this was thrown from the truck while offloading or they just dump in the truck to make maximum transport.

          Excessive charging of shipping fees

          I have placed order from SB Sports, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh on 6th april 2021. And the SB sports has booked Safexpress on 7th April 2021 to ship the consignment from Meerut to Aizawl, Mizoram . My consignment weight is only 10 Kgs and the charged weightby safexpress is 20 kg. The Problem is that Safexpress has charged Rs. 3529/- for such small item whose actual weight is only 10 kg. As i am from Aizawl, Mizoram i only came to know the charges...

          My cooler's water Tank got broken from bottom durring Transit..Seems some heavy object fall on it..

          Even after packing this Damaged Happen...

                    Firstly, my parcels reached on 14.03.2021 to Aizawl today is already 19.03.2021 wherein it was guaranteed that it will be delivered within 48-72hours .
                    Secondly, No information was given to me from Aizawl office that why there was so much delay.
                    Thirdly, after calling the customer care frequently no valid information was given to me. Very poor coordination among the staff, laid back attitude with no urgency.
                    Fourthly, finally today morning there was update in waybill tracking site that item was already delivered wherein we haven’t received any parcels plus no call from the office asking for the exact location of delivery.

                    Stating the world largest supply chain & logistic, this is insane.
                    Calling customer care doesn’t make sense, from Aizawl branch i am getting lame excuses like no driver, driver work timing is till 5pm, your contact number was missing etc etc. No apologies from the staff, very rude and pathetic customer service from Aizawl branch. I haven’t received my parcel yet even though it is showing DELIVERED in the portal.
                    Kindly look up to the matter highlighted above.

                      Docket no. 92595183 booked by us and not delivered to Noida as of now, as per local guy from Sanganer - Jaipur 302029 branch staff committed to be delivered on 12th march. I am not annoyed just due to non delivery but the way your representative Mr.Muneesh talked in rude manner was rubbish behaviour, it seems you people have earned to much business so dnt require new customers.

                      Pathetic behaviour and words used by him for just asking Noida Number so that we can track.

                      One thing hope I am not writing a complaint to waste my time. Hope you address our complaint.

                              I registered the complaint to Safexpress via mail on Feb 22, 2021 but haven't received any reply yet.

                              Subject: Items stolen/missing from boxes during shipment

                              Waybill No.:[protected]Indore to Aurangabad BR)

                              I, Harshit Kant Ujjawal (receiver of the shipment and owner of the items/things), requested the pickup of items from the IIM Indore (exact address: SR-09 gate, IIM Indore) campus on Feb 16, 2021. Mr Ram Milan Singh (an employee of Safexpress who always visits the IIM Indore campus for pickups; his contact No.: +91 [protected]) picked the materials, which the sender packed, at around 3 PM on Feb 16, 2021. The materials shipped were packed in 2 boxes (not of safexpress company's box), each of height around 3 feet. Box no. 2 (according to the waybill) was tapped by Safexpress tape and wrapped in the plastic cover, and again taped by the safexpress. However, box no. 1 was not taped by the safexpress (generally against the general convention). It does not have anything related to safexpress expect the waybill no. sticker. You can see the difference in packing by safepress between the two boxes in the image attached.

                              Before the shipment, I had the list of items shipped. And when I received the shipment on Feb 20, 2021, at around 7 PM, I found out that few things were missing. I cross-checked all the items with the list and found out the items missing, which have been listed below:

                              Items stolen/missing:

                              Two white coloured shirts (one formal and one casual worth around Rs 3500)
                              One white coloured sweater (worth Rs 3000)
                              Red coloured tie (worth Rs 600-700)
                              One trouser and a couple of t-shirts (worth Rs 4000)
                              A packing tape (worth Rs 50)
                              One Basketball (worth Rs 750-900)
                              Total Items worth around Rs 12000
                              Note: Items listed as point 1 to 4 were kept in blue coloured trolley bag kept inside box no.1, and point 5 & 6 just directly inside the box no. 1. Bills of all these items are not present.

                              Box no. 1, which has the problem, contained a trolley bag (of blue colour), a few basketballs and three small boxes, a badminton racquet and packing tape. Since the box was packed by myself when I was on the campus, so while packing, I put one extra packing tape inside the box no. 1.

                              Possible scenario: While shipment/transit, whoever has done this might have untaped box no. 1 (which was not packed by safexpress tape), brought out all the items (since trolley bag was kept the very below) opened the trolley bag, which was not locked (also I had trust on safexpress and its company's vision which the company failed to express so far) containing 50+ clothes including of every size, and the person picked few brand new clothes.

                              After stealing, the person took the packing tape and again sealed box no. 1 after putting the trolley bag, small packages and the rest of the basketballs inside to appear normal, and retaped with my own packing tape, which had been kept inside - that's why I didn't find the tape on receiving the shipment. Even box no. 1 seems to retaped, and it does not appear as I had packed.

                              Note: I have explained the possible scenario to investigate the case easily and trace the wrong-doers. I hope Safexpress has the cameras installed at every place and can cross this incident easily.

                              This whole incident is very unprofessional on your part, and I still can't believe that Safexpress being such a prestigious company, is doing such sort o[censored]nethical things. The shipment company has no right to open the box and then the bag (which was kept inside) and then check items and steal.

                              This has been so disturbing to hear, and I request you to take strict actions against the wrong-doers and also expect compensation for the same. I have expressed the monetary value of all the items stolen above. I can't believe that I paid Rs 4460 for such a cheap service of Safexpress. Hopefully, you will reply soon.

                                    I had booked 3 parcles from erode to ludhiana e-way bill no 92083191
                                    dated 1/3/21. i enquired online, all three parcels reached on saturday 7 p.m at ludhiana. Today morning from 9.35 am to 11.40 am i am regularily calling at mobile no [protected], but no one picked my mobile. After 5 missed calls he picked my phone and give me another no [protected], he also picked my phone once & told me that i will try to deliver your goods. but afterwards i tried 4 times but he did not picked my phone . Again i called [protected] & he again give me another no [protected] . when i called this no he refused to deliver the goods and told me that today is sunday and i will not deliver your goods.
                                    It is quiet frustrating for me as the goods were very essential for me, thats why i have paid extra for the goods
                                    so i please request you to do the needfull & deliver me goods today.
                                    i am not satisfied with the company's service at all . i hadn't paid extra so that my goods would be delivered late . what type of service are you and your company is offering. if my parcels could not be delivered today its your duty to inform me about the same .
                                    i again request you to please send the goods earliest by tomorrow's morning .
