      I had booked sainik express on 12th October 2020 from siliguri to raipur.. waybill number given was 86906482. I tried to track the shipment but was not able to track as it showed wrong waybill. It is 14th day for the shipment but am not able to track my shipment

          1 - It is very difficult to get through your call centre team. Long wait time and when you are close to your number - the phone gets disconnected.

          2. When you get through and complain about this - there is no sorry - no apology - they are very rude and just tell you to share the concern.

          3. My consignment has been picked up from Mumbai[protected] on 14 Oct. As per the website it has reached Gurgaon on 19th - today is 22 oct - no update on the delivery yet.

          4. I called the customer service - they said they are raising the complaint and will ensure delivery. I will get the complaint number on email. I haven't received anything.

            My items are to be shipped from Hostel 12, IIT Bombay, pin: 400076 to my home, pincode: 712139. I have made the payment on 8 October, 2020 and today 21st October, 2020 yet to receive any confirmation of shipment from Safexpress. The waybill number shared 86668262 is showing error. I don't know when can I expect my items to be delivered.

            I have the same iuuse, and I would like to add that we have been charges an extra 120 per box (irrespective of size of weight), in the name of "Plstic film covering", which we have to pay anyway as the person at safexpress said we will not ship the belongings. The extra amount was askes to be transferred directly to a personal account via Gpay.

                  The courier was booked on 25th September 2020 and the arrival date to Purnia was 5th October 2020. The consignment reached the delivery area on 18th October 2020.
                  My point is why would I pay a lot of money for the my consignment to arrive late. I paid because I wanted the consignment early . What’s the use of paying this amount when others transporter can deliver early and at a cheap cost .
                  I am tremendously upset because of the service given in Purnia. I would not want to work or be a part of safex again.

                  I want a part of refund from my charges.

                    I am Vipul from Patiala
                    My shipment started from Silchar on 3rd October and consignment reached destination {patiala} on 11th October, I don't know why they are not delivering my consignment till now and today is 18th October.

                    I just want to ask why should I pay u full when ur service is not up to the mark, i[censored] check back I have complaint alsmost every day starting from 13th October, but u failed to provide the service. previously the customer care use to tell me the consignment will be delivered today now they are saying they have no clue, why it is not being delivered,
                    If any kind of a mishappening done with my consignment, then i want my consignment charges back. If you are irresponsible to deliver the consignment on time, then why are you all taking responsibility.

                    After arrival, 7 days (and counting) wasted to deliver the parcel. Now i am feeling that might be my consignment has been stolen. That's why you are not delivering. If you don't want to give my consignment or something misshaping done with my consignment, I have to file a charge on you all through the consumer operations & regulations, I don't have any option.

                    It's so sad when u have to pick up the consignment u always be on time.

                        Safe express not delivering my consignment, They just kept my parcel in the destination Hub.

                        My waybill Number is 86925421. Origin from Ahmadabad on 5th October and consignment reached destination {Jamshedpur} on 12th October Morning. I don't know why they are not delivering my consignment till now and today is 15th October.

                        If any kind of a mishappening done with my consignment, then i want my consignment charges back. If you are irresponsible to deliver the consignment on time, then why are you all taking responsibility....

                          This type of problem generally and most of the time only occurs when the materials are booked through Safe Express.

                          And the Delivery Period which should be around 5-6 days as per the normal norms are never been followed by Safe Express delivery system.

                          They never bring Duplicate Docket with them and they take away the same immediately on delivery and never give us time to tally the materials....

                            It has been 6 days since the parcel arrived in destination warehouse. But I am yet to receive the package. Everyday the call center people give the same excuse that "it will be delivered today". I have to wait for atleast 30 mins whenever I call their call center. And they never callback or respond to emails. Nowhere to register complaint also.

                            Please deliver the package immediately. It has been 2 weeks since the items were picked up.
                            For the rates you charge, the service is pathetic.

                                I have booked my clients house hold goods in safexpress approximately 10 times but something 6 to 7 times heavy damaged all goods like tv. Water purifier, bike, sofa bad, kitchen items and 2 time lost something like water bottles, water tharmus. Your service is very bad . Customer lost of items and broken full damaged not useful any thing and some things are not repairable like tv and water purifier. Around 1.5 lakh lost money. Client filing very bad. Your company not taken any responsibility. Every one saying kuch nahi hoga.just submit 10% images only. If we are giving you buisness so I think we are doing wrong.
