Sir,
We had arranged one consignment from "Palwal- Hariyana" to "Trivandrum" by AIR through SAFEXPRESS. The booking was done vide waybill no. 25899360 on[protected]. Agreed by the Palwal office of SAFEXPRESS that the consignment will be deliverd within 24 hours, accordingly the bill was raised for Rs.3000/- Ccopy received from the booking person attached here with and the corrected copy also after delivery.

After soo many followups we had received the consignment on[protected] by 01.50pm at our office. At that time we had called their Delhi office and reported that consignment delivery by AIR is delayed like this, bill amount had been recivsed etc., One Mr.Atul (atul.[protected]@safexpress.com) had said one simple SORRY and told that " if you want to take delivery just pay and take else we will return the consignment", Such a irresponsible person sitting as TOP Official at SAFEXPRESS.

Since the Material was URGENT , we had taken the delivery by mentioning in the return way bill "with protest" taking delivery. For the DELAY of supply to our client, they had charged us Rs.25000/- as penalty. So inorder to avoid further penalty and delay we were forced to take the consginment.

I would request you all not to deal with SAFEXPRESS for URGENT delivery of Consignment.
I would request FORUM to take up the matter and let SAFEXPRESS reimburse the charges they had taken to deliver.
First bill from Palwal , correction made int he same bill from TVM office and a final print out is also attached here with for your perusal

    Dear Sir,

    I had sent my used house hold item to my home place Kerala from Bhadohi/U.P through Safexpress Ltd on 08.03.2010 and the same I had received on 17.03.2010 in damaged conditions. I had complaint this Safexpress Kollam office while received the goods. I had submitted a written complaint along with photographs as advised by their Head office/New Delhi. After several reminders they were finally promissed that they will settle my claim within end of June,2010. But till date they did not settle my claim even after several reminders. Now they are not interested to reply my mails.

    So I request you to kindly do the needful.

    One of the worst nightmare I had working with Safexpress. This is the fifth time I had to undergo this pain. Safexpress promises to deliver in five days today is the tenth Day and yet its not delivered the whole delivery system is a rot. They have updated that delivery failed due to usefulness attempt while I was constantly in talk with them and the concerned person said that they have forgot to put the conignment in the delivery vehicle, and not its my fault. The man here Mr cHandreswar and Mr Srinivas both are big dumbos, good for nothing, now after calling them so many times they have switched off. Due to the delay in delivery I am losing business worth Rs 20, 000 daily. Would Safexpress not bear the loses. I swear in my whole life I would not do any business with Safexpress. but saying so the company safexpress should not be left free they need to be penalised, if there processes and operations is not good in hyderabad they should not do business here instead of making customers life hell.

        safexpress being a courier company. we ms saawaria,karnal,haryana sent a parcel to ms S.k.Montu,howrah on 09/09/2008 by way bill no.16879683. The parcel was delivered to the above mentioned party almostafter a month and on receipt it is been found that a total of three sarees of rs.13500 being missing. After registering serveral complaints to the company my grievence has yet not been solved for recover for loss of stock-in-transit.

        I agree with you. I have seen that Safexpress don't care about the small individual businesses like us. I too had problems with them in the past. I switched to Gati or Blue Dart and things are much better now.

          Surface Consignment; waybill number 19276540
          Consignment handler Alok KR Singh and Birendra Gupta.
          Our goods (shipment) was picked up from Delhi on the 10th of October by Safexpress to be sent by to Kochi Kerala. I was informed by Alok, Birendra and Sandeep in the Delhi office that it would take four working days and reach Kochi Kerala; latest on the 16th of October.
          As well as the Safexpress website, head office and Delhi office.
          However today, 20th of October and our shipment still not reached Kerala Kochi as I just called the Kochi office.
          Even after Alok Singh assured me that the consignment would reach on the 16th of October
          However repeated calls and trips to the Safexpress Delhi and Gurgaon head office and to the Safexpress office in Kerala has given us no answers or results.
          This compliant is regarding non-performance and delay of delivering goods.We have still not had our goods delivered to Kochi!
          Neither is my compliant been registered by the company or have I got any response by e-mail after repeated e-mails being sent to their ids; [protected]@safexpress.com, to Alok KR Singh or Birendra delhi.[protected]@safexpress.com sharin.[protected]@safexpress.comor at their website feedback form or the complaints made on the Safexpress toll free number [protected] as well.
          I was given mis-information and Safexpress is charging for a service that they company does not provide.
          Will Safexpress pay for our daily damages and loss of revenue because of they delay that has not only caused us stress, financial loss but also loss of business due to the delay in delivering our goods?

          This is santhanakrishnan from NEFAB INDIA PVT LTD. Sriperumbudur. We have send a Parcel to Local chennai in 12.02.2010 Docket No[protected] still now the material was not send to the customer place.

          When i asked many times from local delivery incharge Mr.Raganathan([protected]). He replied we are not force you to book in safe express. We are not expected this service from the safe express.

          Its doesnt matter to you and your company that customer is facing problem, reason you have enough business to achieve your expenditure.

          This is my suggestion to everyone you better switch over to someother company to send your goods.

          I have faced 4 times same problem delayed, no responce, no feedback and customer executive have no manners to speak.

          Safe express you have loss one customer and be perpared dor another one then step by step other people.

          Same he is doing with my consigment.

          One parcel was despatched from chennai on 30.07.10 to cochin. But still now(05.08.10) i can't get the parcel.Eventhough many times i contacted the cochin office, there is no proper response from the office.

          So i request you all please don't book your parcels by using safexpress.

          Hi, Our supplier has send a samples on 10th Sept 2011, till date we have not yet received, after continuous follow up with Mr. Umesh (Safe Express - Bangalore branch head ) when ever we call him he will say within half n hour consignment will reach us, but it will not happened, we are fed-up with these Safe express service, I will not recommend this organization, This is my suggestion to everyone you better switch over to some other company to send your goods.

          My waybill no is 32982943 was dispatched from Safexpress, Delhi to Naggar, Kullu, H.P. on 09.03.2013. It is not delivered yet. It arrived at Mandi (it's just 2 hours drive from here) on 14.03.2013. Since then every other day the waybill is out for delivery and every other day the delivery attempt is unsuccessful!!! I phoned Safexpress help line many times. Everyday they say "your waybill will be delivered today". But so far it has not been delivered. And they do not provide any contact numbers for Mandi office.
          Please, help us in this situation.

          The worst courier service. Plz don't ever go for this courier service they will keep your consignment with them for long period and when u ask them about that then they give you aa superb reply that we can't trace it physically.

              Believing safexpress to be the best logistic solution provider I made a big blunder in my life. There are lots to be done regarding providing better service rather then claiming self to be the best. The awards and certifications became valueless when a customer breaks into tears after receiving a consignment where goods are heavily damaged and even a couple of goods are missing.

              The same happen with me when I booked a consignment from Jorhat, Assam to New Delhi. The consignment consists of an old split A/C, 2 musical instruments, (Tanpura and Harmonium) One electrical oven and a metal rack with books. The bill number was 17787027. For safety purpose the goods were packed under wooden crate for which a good amount of money has been spent. There were 5 wooden crates, and one
              Gunny bag (rake and books) and open (AC pipes) good at the time of booking .The booking office is Jorhat. (Cont person Ajay Sankar Bora. Cont. Num. [protected]) But when the consignment reached at receivers hand there were only two wooden crates. They were the electric oven and the tanpura.(even the Tanpura was not packed as tight as before loading, hence it was damaged badly.)All other goods came without wooden crate and hence the both panel of the AC and the voltage stabilizer have suffered bad damage. The AC outer panel and the voltage stabilizer was booked as one good and they
              were under same wooden crate. But since the wooden crate was removed hence they became two separate good. That is why the receiver even could not understand that one box is missing. That box consists of the harmonium and some books which is not yet found. Surprisingly the at Gurgaon goodown supervisor ( Rajneesh Roy, Cont Num[protected]gave a written comment that he received the articles that way only ( 2 wooden crate, 4 gunny bag and one open).

              It is really surprising to see that some culprit can remove the wooden bars from the package when the shipment was under responsibility of Safexpress. Why the goodown people did not report to any body when they found the consignment was not as packed as described. All these articles which were damaged and missed were come from had earned money and lot of emotions attached with them. It’s a shame for India’s best logistic solution provider.

              Never believe on safexpress
              The Harmonium has been delivered today but it is not in woking condition. There is no wooden cover attaced as at the time of loading. Safexpress has to give the answer about such mishappenings.

              domestic customer — Missing of goods from the consignment

              The company Blaze Flash seems to be a theif company, which is indulged in cheating its customers.
              My sister send a courier for me comprising of 3 items but when the courier was received ti my surprise there were only 2 items in it.
              I tried to get the details with help of consignment no[protected] from track consignment from Blaze Flash site but no details were found. Even if i tried for help from blaze flash people they arrogantly refused and didnt coperated with me. i lost what my sister lovingly send me.
              Yes, it is right that safexpress have been slacking a lot on the goods of individuals. It seems like they are busy in just claiming themselves " the best in this" and " the best in that" category, but in reality they suck.

              Jains sitting at the top only wanna make money and it doesn't matter how it comes.
              I have compared their prices and the work, which is nowhere comparable to other courier services.
              You can get it done cheaper through DTDC, Blazeflash and others, although I personally like Blue Dart. Blue Dart doesn't get bothered in making false claims, but believe in doing timely delievery of goods.
              You can also try Sical, TCI or Gati, but no Safexpress please, because there is nothing of yours that is safe with them other than money.
              Yes it is true. We have asked some items from Vadodra to be sent to Rajamundry, we were told that items will be reaching to our office by 24 August 2009 ( Door Delivery) if we opt by Safex & will cost Rs 5500. Same will cost Rs 3200 by other party & will reach on 26 August 09. Thinking that Safex is very good brand name we opted for Safex. Till today 29 August 2009 there is no meesage from Safex.
              Yesterday saw the items infront of Safex office side of the road. Safex office is not opened since yesterday morning. Cell phone no.([protected]) written on the Safex office is switched off.
              Your service is really pathatic in Gujarat. mainly in south Gujarat and worst in Surat area. Non of the material gets deliver to the customer before a week inside gujarat transit. Your people are expert in writing mails rather than to find a solution. Delivery from Ahmedabad to Surat takes place minimum week of time rarely which is only four hours journey. Might have been delivered before week than a person considered to be lucky one.

              People chose Safexpress one of the costliest cargo service due to only one reason i, e safe and speedy process but it is worst service we get. even local cargos provides 1000 times better than safex service.

              Problem may happen for one or two transit is it for every transit? If any one of your service people have guts to speak truth or face the reality regarding your service, Speak to me. Such a poor service never seen in my career.

              Firstly really i am very surprise to know about that how bad service Safexpress has given to you as a Safexpress well-wisher, i would like to apology for same, but dear i would like to say that you can not compare the service level of a company on the basis of a single shipment, i would like to say pls go thru all the details then you can compare it's service level, for example if it's service level is 99 % then might be that given complain comes in 1%.

              so i would request to you that, in future if you face any problem with safe's service just complain it to their seniors you will defiantly get the solution (might be it can take time) a lot of reason might be for delay/damage (as you must be aware that in India we face daily a lot of riot/strike/very bad road/road accident/nature problem etc).

              Secondly
              if you are talking that a local transport can be better then safe then i am agree that it might be but just suggest can he pick your single cartons and droop that at Chennai/ or anywhere other city? i think he can but he will charge you of a full truck but Safexpress charge you only for a carton not for full truck.

              Overall Safexpress service level is too high rather then other cargo company that’s why it’s getting awards from different-different organization.

              Note:- this is my per personal view it can not be consider as in any other way.

              my personal experience is that i shipped a cargo from meerut to kerela and it has taken them 20 days and it still has not reached the place...

Due to the delay in delivery I am losing business worth Rs 20, 000 daily. Would Safexpress not bear the loses. I swear in my whole life I would not do any business with Safexpress. but saying so the company safexpress should not be left free they need to be penalised, if there processes and operations is not good in hyderabad they should not do business here instead of making customers life hell.

                Hi,
                I strongly complain the response of idea care at various locations (delhi and noida).
                My concern is this that i got a call from idea care and they offer me one scheme and requested me to convert my prepaid no. into postpaid no. After listening the scheme i agree to that and then they send one person to collect the amount of Rs.500 and gave me the receipt of that amount.That person gave the new SIM also.

                But even after 12 days my old no is still prepaid and that new SIM is with some another no. which is totally useless for me because i do not want to change my no at any cost.

They have updated that delivery failed due to usefulness attempt while I was constantly in talk with them and the concerned person said that they have forgot to put the conignment in the delivery vehicle, and not its my fault. The man here Mr cHandreswar and Mr Srinivas both are big dumbos, good for nothing, now after calling them so many times they have switched off. Due to the delay in delivery I am losing business worth Rs 20, 000 daily. Would Safexpress not bear the loses. I swear in my whole life I would not do any business with Safexpress. but saying so the company safexpress should not be left free they need to be penalised, if there processes and operations is not good in hyderabad they should not do business here instead of making customers life hell.

                  One consignment was sent through safexpress under Regn No 18423299 on 22 Jan 2009. But till date the consignment has not received.
                  not only is safexpress costly but also inefficient and irresponsible. we should never use this sevice
                  one of my courier was booked on 20 .8.09 to siliguri from delhi .Even till this date that is 25.08.09,
                  time 4.00pm i have not received the document.this is not expected from a well reputed company as yours.i just want you to please look into this matter and see that some real strict action is taken against siliguri office.
