I booked my bike from trivandrum to srinagar on 25 june 18 bearing waybill no.60811928. I packed bike myself. When i asked about the damaged insurance, i was told that i will get claim for the damage whether company packing or customer packing. I received my bike on 17 july 18 with damaged on front wiser completely broken. When i called the booking agent he denied to process my claim by saying that it was your own packing and can't cover the insurance. I got to know i was completely befooled by your agent. So, i request you to take necessary action against the agent and do needful for my claim.

We have sent 10nos of item in a box to TVS Srichakra, Madurai through Safexpress courier on 12/7/18, but when customer received, the box is in open condition and 1qty is missed. please rectify the issue and help to get back the missing qty.
