[Resolved]  Safexpress — box damaged when receiving time...

We are not happy with your services. We were promised that your product will be delivered safely at your destination but this is not happend. We received the box in a breakable condition. 01× lock opened, top of the box were bend and broken also bottom of the box were damaged. It is a newly purchased box at the cost of 3, 500/- also 02 x bag handle was broken. I'm a
Central Govt employee (IA), I had to travel all over India. Now, the box was not good for carry luggages.
Plz look into these matter and make sure such problems won't happen in future otherwise you lose the trust of customers.
