[Resolved] Safexpress — Broken Consignment | |||
My consignment was booked from Jorhat (Assam) to Bangalore. Along with few cane items, there was an Antic crockery set; the entire box was delivered in pieces. When complained to SafeExpress Bangalore Contact person, Mr. Rudra ([protected]) – his response was we have delivered a box which is unopened, rest is not our responsibility. Mr. Rudra is a very rude person who knows only to yell/shout at people. The delivery people were not willing to wait until we had opened the boxes to check the status of the packed goods.
