Safexpress — Broken goods delivered and abused by employees

I would like to raise a concern that I delivered my products in December which were delivered late and all broken. On following up with the company I was abused by a man with number ‪+91 98188 57879‬ and +[protected]. He abused me using all terrible cuss words (abusing with sisters and mothers cuss words and shared a photo of cheque which was never delivered.
