Sir we r from reddy timber mart kurnool abdhrapradesh A company from 1951 We regularly get material from other states. My client booked material from indore. To know the status of delivery of material my office sales manager called to safe express branch at kurnool. Mr dessaaii way of talking to my person was very very rude. He literally warning our manager not to call any more if material is available we will despatch. This is a very rude behavior of the concern manager to talk to a customer in this way. Navi Mumbai-3 branch staff name Pawan Biswakarma does not understand how to speak to a customer. His behavior was very abusive so people who are rude to talk will spoil the name of the transport so take immediate action on it.

I have booked safexpress for delivery on 22nd January, 2020 from NDRI, Karnal to Paralakhemundi, Odisha. Till now I didn't received my packages. Its about 17 days over. I didn't know the status of the packages. Also they had taken 750 rs extra for the delivery of my package. Still it was not delivered in time. Hopeless delivery system.
