[Resolved] Safexpress — Cargo - Delay in services | |||||
My Consignment was booked on july 2 from chennai to Srinagar. They kept it in Jammu for 3 months telling reason as curfew. I somehow managed without essentials needed. Now the consignment is just 8-10 km away from me in Srinagar from Nov 1, still they are not sending it to me. My essential items to survive and lead normal life in Srinagar is with them. No body paying any attention. I talk to executives everyday. They keep saying they will send but nothing is happening. My daughter is 3 years old only and temperature here is going below 0 degrees. From last 19 days they are not sending my consignment within 8-10 km. And moreover there is no such restrictions also. Now there is no curfew. There is no movement problem too. The person here says come and take the consignment yourself and give me money @5/kg. I complained about this to Safexpress but nobody is listening. I have already paid them for door to door delivery. Kindly help, it getting too cold here. And even my bedding and other household items, bike etc are with them. Very Very disappointed by their service.
