[Resolved] Safexpress — Claim Damaged luggage

Dear Sir.
I am writing to complain about damages caused to my three tin boxes and some contents after transport services. Sent tin boxes without damaged in your safe express transport service Ranipool, Gangtok, Sikkim to my home town Islampur, Sangli, Maharashtra. Waybill No.[protected] Ship date.06 Mar 23. And received date 14 Mar 23.
On arrival luggage (tin boxes) at my home town Islampur, Sangli, Maharashtra. I discovered damages to the following items of my luggage:

1x Smart TV Rs.14000/-
3x Tin Boxes Rs.1200/-

Total RS. 17600/-

I express total disappointment in the way my luggage has been handle by your Transport service.
I am very upset by this matter and I ask you to repair these items to their Original condition or compensate me to the value of the above items without delay.
I look forward to your urgent reply to my complaint.
