[Resolved] Safexpress — complaint about shipment which is not safely handle and damaged

I send my shipment from bhandinda and the number is 61864420.. My luggage covered with steel box is not safely handled.. And the box is damaged with distilled water which is for battery.. And the box overload with some other goods over it. And it's bend slightly.. I need proper action for this.
