[Resolved] Safexpress — Complaint for excessive delay of my order | |||||
On 18/05/2017, 1 silver suitcase was sent by me from Hyderabad to Bangalore using the campus 2 home service. I signed on a waybill with waybill number 50015241. On using the tracking no 50015421 on the Safexpress site, it is showing that it has reached Bangalore on 21st may and is not showing out for delivery since that day, that is for last 5 days I have not received it and now I'm in urgent need of the suitcase and its items. There has been no help and no support from Safexpress in spite of many phone calls. Was this information helpful? | |||||
