This is to inform you that your team made a mistake for delivering our 27 courier boxes to Amritsar. They delivered the boxes at Ajmer and on raising the complaint the material was sent to Amritsar and your team is demanding 28000 rs more. I have already paid 32000 for delivery. This delay is now for more than 20 days. If proper actio is not taken, we will have to go to SP police Amritsar and consumer court and your company will be permanently shut down.
