Safexpress — Courier not delivered

I had a courier from punjab, which was shipped on october 19th (Awb:[protected]. The courier arrived at bangalore on 27th and even after 8 days there is no communication or delivery attempts from "un"safexpress. I have made repeated attempts to contact their customer service, which is kind of non functional (Only gets tailor made answers for all questions). If anyone has plans to send something through the so called safexpress think twice.in short safexpress is totally unsafe, unprofessional and doesn't have the logistics or manpower to deliver items.
