Cn no.51198908 dt[protected] was sent from jaipur to guwahati. The box contained central government approved sample of cable manufactured at our plant.As per safexpess material has arrived on[protected]. Even after calling for days in their guwahati office([protected]/6) no response has been recieved.This is highly unprofessional attitude.

    We have order with WB no. 51165635, which has reached its delivery station, bareilly on 17, and from last two days, order is out for delivery but was not delivered and we were not informed that they will deliver or called us regarding that which is highly disappointing, kindly get it delivered by tomorrow, because the delay is from Currier company.

            I availed service of Safe express way bill no. 50884859. I availed service for transporting my bike from Una to Jamshedpur. I received my bike with open packing and without key. Now i'm asking to safe express personnel of both places i.e. pick up and delivered office of safe express, but they are not responding. Even after contacting with customer care they are giving false statement that it would be resolved shortly. Till now it doesn't resolved by them.

              I have booked a pick up on 12th November from hyderabad to chandigarh. They told that the pick up will be taken on 14th November and told that the person will call before he comes. I didn't get any call from anyone. Indeed I called customer care for the status. They asked for apologies and said that they will send the next day. This has repeated for three times. After 10 days that is on 22nd November I got a call from safexpress guy asking for the pick up. Don't it sounds ridiculous? and even saying that the customer's number is not reachable. Do customers look like senseless? we would have got atleast one call. Very very poor service. I can feel the arrogance in their way of talking to the customers. I will strongly discourage anyone if they are going for safexress. Please take action and avoid such problems.

Please check the details of the pick up date and time. This might have closed by your pick up guys. Please check and I hope my concerns will be attended with your prompt service. Expecting your service to redeem my time and money.
              I have placed a pickup request on[protected] from pondicherry university. They have pickup my request and delivered two boxes of mine on[protected]. One of the box contain induction cooker that is now completely broken its glass plate. I have kept it in a separate box so that it will be safe while traveling but still i got the damaged product.

                I was sent an wooden furniture item by INSARAF. The company people at Indore had sent only ONE person ie the driver alone!!! to deliver the item while weighs 110 kgs!!! It seems they pay only Rs 40/- to the delivery boy! Got injured while helping the dleivery boy left theluggage to my first floor house.
                Pathetic attitude. Literally enslaving poor people. By the way this is the second time this has happened.

                  My Consignment was booked on july 2 from chennai to Srinagar. They kept it in Jammu for 3 months telling reason as curfew. I somehow managed without essentials needed. Now the consignment is just 8-10 km away from me in Srinagar from Nov 1, still they are not sending it to me. My essential items to survive and lead normal life in Srinagar is with them. No body paying any attention. I talk to executives everyday. They keep saying they will send but nothing is happening. My daughter is 3 years old only and temperature here is going below 0 degrees. From last 19 days they are not sending my consignment within 8-10 km. And moreover there is no such restrictions also. Now there is no curfew. There is no movement problem too.
                  The person here says come and take the consignment yourself and give me money @5/kg. I complained about this to Safexpress but nobody is listening.
                  I have already paid them for door to door delivery.
                  Kindly help, it getting too cold here. And even my bedding and other household items, bike etc are with them.
                  Very Very disappointed by their service.

                    Hi,
                    We used safe express to courier our household items to Delhi from Pune, after receiving the packages on 12th November 2016 in Delhi we found that No. of items from each box were missing. the boxes were intact when received, this is ridiculous that some one in Safe express stole our Personal Stuff worth 12-13K. the stolen items included- 2 branded Watches, a pair of branded shoes, Kitchen utensils and induction cookware.

                    Being such a big logistic company how are they letting someone do this to their customers.

                    If the case is not resolved at company's level, we are planning to go to consumer forum and Local Police for assistance.

                        A consignment was booked in my name from Hyderabad to Delhi (12th October) under AWB#80207775. As per them it takes 10 days to get it delivered. I somehow accpeted that (repenting that now). I receive a call on 20th during working hours for the delivery. I asked them to deliver only after 3 p.m.. (received call from mobile no. [protected]). It is 2 days i am still trying to follow up. The website says a delivery was attempted. How can they term it as delivery???

                        I call their customer care and logged a call to expedite. I asked for the ticket number and i was promised the ticket number on phone. It is more 4 hours and i am still waiting for the ticket number. (Forget the delivery or the update on delivery).

                        Very poor levels of service delivery.

                          This company would make you cry while a pick up of the stuff and more while dropping off your stuff. All they on their consumer helpline is not to be believed, it is the most untrustworthy company that i have ever dealt with. I need a refund of every penny I paid to them because their service is not worth any of it. One should go for any other service than this.
                          I hope they return my stuff ever, they haven' t delivered it yet and it's way past the date they promised.

                          No response from pickup guys for 2 days. Stuck with no person to contact. Safeexpress Gurgaon pickup is worst and should be shut down!

Selling stories is what this company does. Worst service of packers. Disgusted and annoyed me each time i called. Disconnected my calls. They won't deliver promises on time. They have made me and my parents leave all our work to be at home from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM telling us that the pick up person will definitely come by then. Assured me of it as many times I called. Then connected to a mannerless women in their branch in guwahati who disconnected the call before I completed. When I called again I was told that a call has already been made to your parents and we have arranged the pick up today . such pathetic bunch of liars they are. They did not call us even once l. They should stop these pathetic tricks and shut the company for good. Useless bunch of people in the company customer care. They also put you on hold for hours which is more irritating than their stupid replies. Very disappointing and humiliating experience that I ever had with a company.

                                My pick up was supposed to happen yesterday ie 19th. Believing your service i have not cancelled my ticket also. But yesterday also the pick team doesn't turned up & lost that ticket money also.

                                please try to understand my situation & revert to this mail. Believing your service i have planned my travel along with my parents & kid three times. But since pick up doesn't happened i was forced to drop my plan of travel.

                                whenever i was calling i was getting a very poor response from the customer care team.& when i called to confirm the pick up it was told to me that it will be done within 7 pm, but no body turned up.

And after so many trials i got connected to them and Ajay Kumar Dube contact person behaved very badly. He used bad languages. He said many bad things to me for and told me that he is not able to find house because i live in Forest. Please some tell that person its city.

                                    My scooty arrived a month late. They kept telling me it will reach by 21st august but it didnt. Sometimes he said he is in the hospital with his kid and sometimes he didnt even pick and he asked me to pay here because of some money shortage the driver has which he announced at the last moment. He did tell me that he will deposit that money in my bank account but did that only after i kept poking him again and again and that too deposit just 3500 whereas the amount i had to pay here extra was 3736. May be 236 is a meagre amount for them but why sould i pay for their carelessness. I have been so troubled because of this consignment which these people couldnt deliver properly. Seat is all damaged. They dont come with change nd the networking is extremely extremely poor. I am very annoyed by this entire process and thia needs to be checked the entire system.

                                      I have booked my scooty (Activa) & my luggage through safeexpress from greater noida to bhopal. They first asked for some hidden charges which were not mentioned in their quotation & they packed my luggage in some carton boxes which were in a very bad condition & told me that these cartons will be repacked once it reaches to the dispatch center.
                                      But when i received my luggage at bhopal it was packed in the same damaged/crused/torn cartons. A lot clothes were coming out of these cartons.
                                      My 5 pair of footwear are in a bad condition & 4 pair of suits are damaged & i can not use them.
                                      Lastly i want to say it is not at all safe to use safeexpress service.

                                        My Name is Nitish Nair. I had booked a consignment of books totalling 30kgs from Delhi to Kolkata on the 9th of August 2016 and was promised delivery within 5 days. It had arrived at the Kolkata office on the 15th of August. But it seems they don't have any staff willing enough to deliver it. I can't even go to their office and take it myself. It has been over a week now. I didn't expect such unprofessional attitude from a company running for 20 years. Please deliver my books pronto!.

                                        As posted in my complaint, i was promised the consignment within 5 days. After 4 calls and 1 mail, i had posted my complaint on this website and within 2 days my consignment arrived at my doorstep. But It took 16 days to get resolved, i.e. 11 days more than promised. The consignment was untraceable as per the company but then it got traced and delivered. So I recommended posting the complaints directly to this website instead lf waiting and wasting time, for a speedy redressal.
                                        Safexpress customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Sir i just got a call from your so called "service expert"regarding my consignment stating that my package has arrived on time at the Kolkata office but is not traceable. I had sent all of my notes, assignments and books through your service thinking that it'll be well taken care of( since you being a reputed company for 20 years)and paid extra just so that such mishaps don't happen. So please don't try to pacify me in the name of compensation. I need my stuff back within 48 hour's (the time asked for by your "service expert").
