This is with reference to waybill no: 48834973.
The consignment was sent from mangalore on 4th august 2016. However, there was a great deal of inconvenience caused to me due to delayed delivery. The delivery associates kept on extending the delivery date. Some of them were rude too. The consignment arrived on 17th august and not to my surprise there was a lot of damage caused to the materials inside.

Out of these item, one box no. 6 containing 24 parts (List Attached) was not delivered and it got miss placed by Safexpress .

I used campus to home service for transporting vehicle from varanasi to faridabad. Even though the consignment reached faridabad in 3 days the faridabad office sat on it for approximately 5 days.
