[Resolved]  Safexpress — damaged all 30 cartons sent with three consignment no

Address:Dhanbad, Jharkhand, 828206

I sent 30 cartoons total via consignment no 64082459, 64082460, 64042461dated 1st october from dhanbad to agra. The party receiving the item has complained that the items in all 30 cartons are more or less damaged and unfit to use.
The total value of goods transferred is rs 135042. The consignment was opened in front of safex executive. The receiving party mentioned on the receiving pad about damaged goods.
Kindly resolve the monetary loss issue for me. All boxes product has been damaged due to mishandling during transport. Can not upload pic of all cartons so uploading pic of one.

Not yet resolved. Infact, they have just sent one mail that they have registered the complaint. And trying to call them on customer care, i am told daily that you will receive call from concerned section, but haven't got yet. Why is the issue marked as resolved here

No action till now. I try calling customer care, m just told u will receive call today, but i don't get any. Had requested to ship the item back to me as it is lying with consignee, he is calling me daily to get it picked. By not even responding to request for pickup from consignee, you are destroying my any chance of even future business with him.

What is the point of choosing ur service above other simple transporters if you also behave like this. Theirs is much cheaper and you are also not providing any response to my claim and pickup request since so mny days. I called safex incharge at my place, he says he has sent mail already for pickup but nothing is happening
