Sorry for this but i am highly dissatisfied from your courier service as my items that i sent from your courier service has been damaged. I sent courier 2 times from your service but both time my items damaged. I sent the courier to my buyer in bangalore and my buyer also really very disappointed with me and this courier service. I already packed well all the brass items in double packaging but still it will break. Please respond and take immediate action.

One more thing is that my buyer received the parcel and after opened he found that the items are damaged later after opening. Hence in pod slip already he wrotes ok and signed it but the items are damaged after opening but the delivery boy had gone that time. My both parties totally disappointed and it marked as my loss in business relationship and also financial loss.

This is with regards to the Consignment No. 68655095 which was booked from Shivpuri to Mangalore on 31.07.2019. Please note as per online tracking as on dtd-03rd August "Vehicle Break down at Indore (MP), Estimated Departure: 03/08/2019 23:00" after that there was no update. Can you please check & update the status.
