I study in a college in Gurgaon and had to courier my goods from my home. So initially after the order it took very long for them to contact me and initially they told me they had some problem delivering my goods and instead come to their warehouse and collect it. After repeatedly forcing them they managed to deliver my goods after few days. But the real shock came when i saw the consignment. It was fully wrecked/ damaged, in fact half open. Although nothing of monetary value was present in the consignment but few things were damaged and one missing. I am really disappointed by their service and would never recommend this company to anyone.
