[Resolved] Safexpress — delay delivery

Waybill# : 55751792, we found the material is out for delivery on 11th of 2017, when we spoke on toll free number they told us it will be deliver by 12th between 11 to 6 pm, but till now we have not received. Again we called on toll free number now they are telling that vehicle got breakdown, it will be deliver by tomorrow.
We never expect this kind of response the logistics giant commpeny, when the material is reached local place will it that difficult to deliver the item, why they saying stories like vehicle break down, do you they think are we fools.
We request you to resolve this issue immediately and arrange the delivery
