My requirement was to send a box of 26kg from Gurgaon(Haryana) to Karur(TamilNadu). I called SafeExpress and the "Safe expert" in customer care told me it takes 1-2 days time by air and costs Rs. 4, 800. I sent it on 20th Jan 2018 and it was supposed to reach 21st or 22nd.
I agreed because I was in urgency to send the package. A friend was supposed to take that package outside India. The package was delivered on 25th Jan 2018. It took 5 days time and I paid 5 times the price of by road.
The worst part is customer care. Some supervisor named "Varun" gave me fake complaint number and later I was told there is no Varun and no complaint. Now I'm trying to call customer care, they are saying "hold the line" and they just cut the call.
Now I need to spend more money to send the package outside India. Never trusting this service again. Who ever is reading this, strongly not recommended to go with this company. Was this information helpful? |
