Jodhpur to Saidabad.
Product was picked up from my place on 30th may at around 11:00 am and was told that it is a very urgent delivery.
Product was dispatched from Jodhpur at around 09:30 pm on 1st June.
Wasted 30th and 31st may complete day and 1st june till evening.
Almost 3 days and 2 nights it was there at Jodhpur warehouse.
Then was in Jaipur for one day.
Almost 4 days were wasted.
When connected with the local team of Jodhpur and Hyderabad no satisfactory answer was given for urgent deliver or on time delivery.
I now lost a big consignment from buyer as the sample product was to be deliverd by monday i.e. on 6th June but its 01:00 pm of 8th June today and still not delivered.
No response from local team is there neither you people provide any contact details of the concerned team on mail or sms nor any details of the delivery person or truck driver.
Customer care also gives the same information which we can see on tracking details on website and nothing more.
Nobody is taking responsibility for timely delivery or timely update.
People are not picking up the calls after connecting once with them.
What kind of support is this and why there is no proper transparency or proper details provided.
We choose you for timely and safe delivery and now we are loosing our orders because of such poor service.
