Waybill no[protected]. Kannur to jorhat. Sushil ca During tracking showing item reached guwahati on 27 apr. Further no connectivity and confirmation. Contacted operational manager and area manager of guwahati. But the response was pathetic. Operation manager doesn't even pick up the phone.
