[Resolved] Safexpress — Delivery disaster | |||
With reference to waybill no. 43782445. This item has been delayed longtime. Every day I get the information that I'll get the shipment by today and it doesn't get delivered. This happened for two days. After 8 to 9 complaints and calls, all I get to hear from Safexpress that we are really sorry for the inconvenience and we will escalate this complaint at priority. and still no resolution. There is no information on who is the delivery person and what is the estimated time of delivery of the shipment. Delivery person are so inefficient that they cannot even read the address properly and find the address in the building they have reached to. They are illiterate and can't even understand and has no ethics to talk to the customer. The customer support executive Nidhi, started shouting on the call saying what do you want me to do.
