[Resolved] Safexpress — delivery of carton boxes

There was 6 carton boxes to be delivered from Mumbai to Bangalore. According to the company they should have covered the six boxes with a plastic layering, which was not done. And also one of the box, had almost torn. My clothes inside it could have fallen out. Very irresponsible way of handling. Did not fulfill what was promised. Very irritated and unhappy with the response.

I have received a consignment waybill number[protected] dated on 18th July through your's Deoghar branch.Deliver person demands for extra money for home delivery.i have denai for extra money and toke to Deoghar branch manager Mr Ritesh but he is also supported for extra charges for home delivery and misbehaving.do needful.
